Tatsugiri is a reliable spinner with boots and forces out common rockers and spinners with its Water/Dragon type combination However, it is held back from being a Water or Dragon staple due to its relatively poor speed and overreliance on shaky accuracy moves.
Regardless Tatsugiri is an excellent pokemon and well worth the slot on your monoteam

I forgot to add it is walled by common mons on equally common types and it has little to no usability beyond the spin support it brings
