Rufflet is only breedable with Ditto. It is very difficult to breed x( I saw your item trade policy, which is offer one to two eggs for a flawless Pokemon but this is not a normal one so I offer it for three x)

Usually one 5 IV'd genderless for one 6 IV'd, two 5 IV'd flawless for one 6 IV'd :p

Ah, Rufflet and Tyrogue are considered as genderless one while it is only breedable with Ditto which is exactly same case as genderless ones.
