Skarmory won't really do shit if you put Rapid Spin and Zap Cannon on Forretress. :) Armadildo can do a nice job as well.

Also Raikou is troubled against Seismic Toss (and Synthesis or even Resttalk Ludicolo). This is all assuming it's using HP Grass - HP Ice is owned by Swampert.
