Team building help Revised

Need Team building help Revised (RMT)

Sorry to the mods for post earlier w/o 6 pokemon
so here it is revised

Feraligatr @ Salac Berry
Ability: Torrent
Evs: 6 Hp/252 Att/ 252 Spd
Nature: Jolly (+ Spd, - Sp Att)
-Ice Punch
-EarthQuake
-Waterfall
-Swords Dance

I find Swords Dance Feraligatr more useful than DDGyrados, because he is able to power up his attack twice as fast. Ice punch gets rid of common dragons quickly and waterfall stab is awesome as well. Earthquake can get rid of electrics that are slower than he is such as electivire. I have problems when a common boltbeamer switches in.

Jolteon @ Focus Sash
Ability: Volt Absorb
Evs: 6 Hp/252 Sp Att/ 252 Spd
Nature: Timid (+Spd, - Att)
-Substitute
-Baton Pass
-Yawn
-Thunder Bolt

This is a good scouter for status moves and to find out what my opponent is thinking. I figured most people will switch in a pokemon like starmie or a wall with thunderbolt like weezing on Feraligatr hence i choose jolteon as my next pokemon so it can absorb those thunderbolts. I yawn them the next turn and most likely the opponent will switch out to blissey or ground type and i will sub and pass to a counter of my choice.

Dragonite @ Yache Berry
Ability: Inner Focus
Nature: Impish (+ Defense, -Sp Att)
Evs: 252HP/96 Def/ 60 Sp Def/ 100Spe
- toxic
- roost
- dragon claw
- safeguard/ fire punch

This is a support set for Dragonite that people probably do not see very often, but it allows my pokemon like Feraligatr to come in and take out a toxiced pokemon. Dnite can hand out damage himself and with STAB dclaw he can deal out a lot of damage. Roost obviously for recovery and safeguard for people using statusers such as blissey or weezing. Fire punch would be an option if i needed to deal with grass types against Feraligatr or against steel types.

Gengar @ Wide Lens
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid (+ Spe, - Att)
Evs: 6 hp/ 252 Sp Att/ 252 Spe
-hypnosis
-focus blast
-sludge bomb/thunderbolt
-shadowball

I need a special sweeper because Jolteon has poor move pool for special attacks outside of electric moves. Wide lens helps accuracy of focus blast and hypnosis. Sludge bomb over tbolt only because I have tbolt on Jolteon and it is another STAB for Gengar. I like Gengar’s versatility and I think it should probably be my lead

Donphan @ Leftovers (maybe weezing would be better here?)
Ability: sturdy
Nature: Impish (+ Def, - Sp Att)
Evs: 252 Hp/252 Def/ 6 Att
-rapid spin
-earthquake
-ice shard
-stealth rock

Obviously my rabid spin supporter, only downside to donphan is that he is not resistant to toxic spikes, which kind of defeats the point of a spinner, but he has massive defense. He is an obvious tyranitar counter and he can surprise dragons like salamence and garchomp with a 4x effective and priority ice shard. He can setup stealth rock on a pokemon like garchomp as well and can switch in if an electivire uses tbolt on my feraligatr.

Charizard @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
Nature: Naïve (+ Spe, - Sp Def)
Evs: 32 Att/ 220 Sp Att/ 252 Spe
-Focus Punch
-Flamethrower
-Dragon Pulse
-Hidden Power (Grass)

I like the option on this Charizard because of my ability to pass a substitute with my Jolteon to my Charizard which can then get off a free focus punch. Also I have a lot of sleep support with yawn on jolteon and hypnosis on gengar that I can get this guy out to crumble my opponent with stab flamethrower or dragon pulse. Hidden Power Grass is for the likes of swampert and other water pokemon (gyrados is a problem). This guy has a lot of power the only downside is he takes 4x damage to stealth rock.

I think this team has potential but I really dont think i have enough defense and I am not sure how well subpass Jolteon will work in action. I just needed to get opinions on this team so I can improve it. If i had spikes support my team would be better because i am not sure donphan is the best stealth rocker/spinner. Just say what your thinking and constructive criticism is appreciated.
thanks
