As you may or may not of read in the title, this team is going to be used for the sole purpose of decimating a vgc style comp this Sunday the 29th.
Firstly, the preliminary rounds of the comp will only be 4v4 without team preview (sadly) but the finals will be 6v6 pick 4 team preview.
So I was hoping you smogonites could critic my 4 I have chosen for te preliminaries and help with deciding on the final two ^_^

Pretty standard straight forward set. Paired up with ludicolo for their infamous combo very well known to all competitive players, luckily enough for me though it is almost a unheard of combination over here in Aus so I am hoping I will be able to take most opponents by surprise and obliterate their unprepared teams. Surf for absorb bulbing, ice beam for coverage and a nice way to deal with dragons. Psychic is kind of a filler, the only thing it really KO's is toxicroak, which can big a huge threat if used correctly. Protect for protection.

Politoeds partner in crime, this thing can OHkO a vast supply of the vgc metagame while having the speed to out speed base 130 pokemon (while user rain). Truely a force to be feared. 88 spe gives just enoughto out speed base 130's. 252 SpAtt and modest for maximum damage output, while the extra es have been put into hp for bulk. Giga drain gets a lot of lowly KO's on water types and OHKO's rotom after the absorb bulb boost, ice beam for those damn dragons and scald > Hydro pump because it's accuracy always let's me down when I most need it. Fake out to allow poli to surf giving him a sp att boost.
Leads are very standard. I have tried a few variations with them but the ones I have now just work best. No real complaints to e made about them, the only thing I am having trouble with is hitmontops with Mach punch and close combat, can usually be taken care of but when paired up with a Cresselia/ scizor/ tornadus/ latios can be rather difficult. Speaking of Cresselia, she is a real thorn in my back side. Can really screw me over by twaving my ludicolo.. And with nothing to switch in to take the twave for him.

Seems to do his job just fine, counters Abomasnow/Ttar and can usually have a reliable switch in on luidcolo bar a flying type attack. Speaking of which, flying types can really hurt my team very quickly, being super effective on two of them and unresisted by the others :/
Toxicroak has let me down a fair bit though and dosen't really seem to be doing much that scizor can't :3 Drain punch for fighting stab and some healing, sucker punch for priority and coverage, protect for protection and fake out for flinchin'.

Lovely revenge killer, always seems to knock off that extra 20% off any pokemon with a steel gem boosted bullet punch. Few problems though, other scizor are a pain in the ass and when he is teamed with politoed there is not much he can do besides protect himself for the surf barrage. Little disapoited with how he plays but he is one of the only pokemon who work :/
Any suggestions for swapping scizor or Toxicroak for would be greatly appreciated as they tend to let me down a little to much.
