This is my current OU team and if you guys could rate my team and give advice weather to change out guys or not. Greatly Appreciated

moveset: flamthower, nasty plot, psychic, grassknot
-The reason i choose this pokemon is because of his speed and diversity of attacks. Focus sash helps me get the 2HKO in on other leads. I also use this moveset to scout. If i see something i can switch into, i do it easily. I know it isnt a lead moveset but it does trick people. Thinking im going to use taunt or stealth rock, but i just attack them. 2HKO most of them and 1HKO swampert. Advice?

moveset: heatwave, hidden power, thunderbolt, roost
-This is my main pokemon to use in battle. he can kill almost anything he wants to kill.(other then swampert and such) ive had 5 man sweeps with this pokemon. Heatwave covers all grass types and and steel types. 1HKOs most steel and 2HKO most grass with higher special defense. HP Ice -68 does work on all dragons and flying types. 1hkos all dragons and 2Hkos an opposing zapdos. Thunderbolt is automatic for zapdos. more accurate than thunder but still 1HKO water with its massive special attack. Roost is used when i have an open turn an needs healing. advice?

-I first put her on my team to absorb fire attacks used on scizor. But then i found out this was a good pokemon for the team. She takes out any steel types with ease using fire blast. Earth power can take out magnazone and other rock and fire pokemon. 1Hko swampert with HP grass-70 and 2hkos most water pokemon and ground. When pokemon start to use calm mind,, i just explode them away. If the doesnt kill them i switch it up to scizor or dragonite to finish the job. Advice?

-I use this guy a lot with extreme speed. He is a great revenge killer if your opponent isnt expecting it. I have never gotten around to using focus punch yet, im thinking of switching that out for DD or somthing. But if it does it on the switch out, it will do heavy damage if it hits. Dragon claw is just to get the STAB with being stuck in attack like outrage. Outrage is when dragonite is going to die, so i use it to deal a great amount of damage before fainting. Advice?

moveset: brick break, bullet punch, roost, swords dance
-This is the normal set for a scizor. He is great when he is paired up with heatran. Brick break is to hit normal types hard and to break reflect/light screeen. Bullet punch is a must because of Technician, does lots of damage to tyranitars and other rock and ice pokemon. roost is to heal on a free turn. Swords dance is to beef up my bullet punch so i can kill anything. Advice?

-I just got this empoleon so i decide to use it. It has great type coverage and is resistant to lots of moves. With agility, its speed should be about 400 or so and outruns almost all pokemon, Great for the late game sweep. Ice beam takes care of dragons with ease. Surf has great damage and kill all pokemon super-effective to it. Grassknot takes out swamperts and other group pokemon not expecting it. I am looking to replace this.
