Team OU Revolution

Hi evryone this team is currently 19-2 on shoddy and has been tested extensivly.

Gliscor.png

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Jolly
252 HP 40 Def 216 Speed
~ Stealth Rock
~ Taunt
~ Earthquake
~ Roost

This is a great lead it can handle most other leads getting rid of the two most common ones Hetran and Metagross with Earthquake. Taunt so they can't set up rocks or status me. Can set up rocks really easily and U-turn dose half to lead Azelf. I can also use this lead later to counter Lucario since 212 speed outspeeds Luke.

salamence.jpg

Salamence @ Life Orb
Naive
16 Atk / 240 SpA / 252 Spe
~ Draco Meteor
~ Outrage
~ Fire Blast
~ Earthquake

This team has a little Ground Fighting weakness so i put in Salamence in and why not add him in he's a great poke. With Intimidate and great type coverage with FB and Earthquake. Plus a STAB 120 power move in Draco Meteor. The attack ev's allow me to 2HKO Blissy which can be a problem this also paire really well with Magnezone Mag gets rid of scizor who can cause problems for Salamence and Salamence takes magnezones ground weakness.

380.png

Latias @ Choice Scarf
Timid
252 SPATK 252 Speed 6 HP
~ Draco Meteor
~ Thunder Bolt
~ Surf
~ Trick

This poke works so well Draco Meteror kills anything that isn't resisted. Thunderbolt gets rid of Gyra and other Balky waters. Surf for Hetran. Trick for Blissy who is annoying at the least. This is also great bait for Scizor which is taken care of by my next friend.

343GS.png

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Timid
172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
~ Thunder Bolt
~ Substitute
~ Magnet Rise
~ Hidden Power Grass

This is scziors worse nightmare once he is locked into pursuit or Bullet punch he's doomed i sub i magnet rise and kill it with Tbolt HP fire is not needed here since Tbolt can handle scizor i use HP Grass for Swampart. Magnet rise is for Earthquake to bad Magnezone din't have nasty plot.

Tyranitar.gif

Tyranitar @ Leftovers
Jolly
48 HP / 208 Atk / 252 Spe
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Taunt
Stone Edge

This used to be a Bulky DD Gyrados Latias can be a problem and this handles her well with the boost i get from sandstorm this is also a check too Jolteon and Zapdos and Salamance with Stone Edge. Taunt is for walls and twaves and WOW's to cripple Ttars sweep.

Vaporeon.jpg

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Bold nature
EVs 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe
~ Wish
~ Hidden Power Electric
~ Ice Beam
~ Protect

Vaporeon comes in handy a lot in my team not only providing Wish support but being a big counter to Gyrados who is a pokemon who can cause be problems and can counter it with Hidden Power Electric. Also having the ability to Wish+Protect is amazing. Also it works so well with Tyranitar most people surf my TTAR and so this poke gets water absorb

Gliscors stat total is way higher than 510 so you might want to sort that out.
What item is Rotom-H holding?
And lol @ magnezone pic.

Overall it looks like a pretty solid team, except that offensive Zapdos runs all over you, assuming its running HP Ice. Starmie also gives your team a fair bit of trouble, Ice Beam/HP Ice OHKOs Gliscor and does a lot of damage to Latias. T-Bolt rapes Gyarados. Surf doesn't do alot for Metagross or Magnezone.

You also don't really have an answer to Rotom-H. With T-Bolt, Shadow Ball and Overheat, Gliscor is the only one not weak to it, and Gliscor can't really hurt it. You can revenge with Lati, but something is gonna go down, hard.
Just a quick side note, you said EQ is for STAB on Metagross.
Another thing, you're running Timid on Magnezone, while the analysis has Modest. Is there something in particular you're trying to outrun with Timid? Otherwise you could either run Modest or put less EVs in speed and more into another stat for extra bulk.
One last note, your team can't really handle status. Setup sweepers hate status, and Agiligross is no exception. I would suggest changing Rotom-H to a Resttalk set. It'll still be bulky and status inflicters like Breloom and Celebi won't do too much.
Sorry I can't help that much, but I wanted to help get the ball rolling. Good luck with the team!

Your Gliscor is short 4 speed Evs. Speaking of Speed EVs, I would suggest that you actually run more than the standard 216 to outrun other lead Gliscor.

Since you are running Light Screen on Rotom as well as will-o-wisp, you could easily change will-o-wisp to Reflect and run Light Clay. This would help your Gyaraos to get 2 dds for example. If you do not do this, I would suggest replacing Light Screen with Shadow ball. (edit: or change to a RestTalk set as suggested above)

Your Gyarados might want either Bounce or Stone Edge rather than EQ, since both give excellent neutral coverage. Bounce is also considerably more powerful, has a nice paralysis rate, and helps against Celebi (who walls your current set) as well as providing an extra turn of lefties recovery.

Hope I helped. Good luck.

Hi. I honestly don't understand the purpose of Magnezone with a Rotom on your team. Rotom counters steels and Magnezone just traps them, but your team doesn't really have a problem with them anyway. Honestly the biggest problem I see is Gyarados with Tyranitar support, seeing as how your counter and check are both Pursuit bait. Also Tyranitar in itself can hurt you, because your Gliscor doesn't carry Roost. One way to help with this problem is to run Roost instead of U-turn on Gliscor. U-turn is mainly for scouting purposes, and doesn't really do much damage to stuff that your other Pokemon can't handle. This will also help with Tyranitar and Gyarados to a degree, so you can actually handle Tyranitar before it does much to your team.

On Metagross, I strongly reccomend replacing Ice Punch for Meteor Mash, because Salamence is still OHKOed by it, and it actually does the same damage to Latias because of STAB. Basically the only thing Ice Punch would be more beneficial against is Dragonite, because I don't think Meteor Mash OHKOs it. Overall Meteor Mash is the superior option, and it has a chance to boost Attack. Meteor Mash also just hits a lot of shit harder, like Tyranitar, moreso than any other move could.

Ok, back to the point I was making earlier. You'll want to replace Rotom on your team for something that actually does something. You'll want it to be something that benefits from the removal of shit like Scizor, while plowing through teams. You could even replace Magnezone for Vaporeon, since it provides Wish support while countering Gyarados very effectively. I believe the biggest help to your team would be a DRagon Dance Tyranitar, since you do you have some problems with Latias. Latias is just set-up fodder for Tyranitar, because of Tyranitar's boosted SpD. Latias is hard-pressed to beat Tyranitar. Tyranitar also benefits greatly from the removal of Scizor and Skarmory too. You could even run Taunt on Tyranitar just to beat Skarmory, and wreck havoc on stall teams. So that's just a few things to consider. Hope I helped!

I agree with what sprinkles posted above, swap U-Turn for Roost to handle Tyranitar better. Also Magnezone and Rotom both is redundant so you can either go two routes with this imo, either take out Rotom and replace it with something that doesn't like steels, IE Salamence or SD Scizor. Or you can fix your gaping DD Gyarados weakness by swapping Magnezone for Vaporeon or CM Suicune. And you definitely need Meteor Mash on Metagross, drop Ice Punch. You can also drop Rotom for DD Tyranitar with because Magnezone will take care of Bullet Punch Scizor easily.

Hi, i also want to help provide insight to your team and its sweeping capabilities.
You have two pursuit lures on your team in latias and rotom. Todays two most common pursuiters are choice band scizor and choice scarf tyranitar. Having said this standard Swords Dance Lucario would be a perfect sweeper for this team. After one ,either Latias or Rotom, are pursuited you can switch into Lucario and get a free swords dance set up every time. He also works well with gyarados as a sweeper. Not to mention he is alot more effective that what magnezone is bringing forth to this team.

If you need the set it's:

Lucario@life orb
adamant/inner focus
252 atk/ 252 spe/ 4 hp
-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extremespeed
-Crunch / Stone Edge/ Ice Punch.

have a nice day!

X2 ice punch=150 base power
STAB meteor mash=150 base power
neutral ice punch=75 power
not very effective STAB meteor mash=75 power
replace ice punch for meteor mash on metagross, he NEED meteor mash, it will ko the same targets but give you a useful STAB move, on gyarados, i sugest you change earthquake for bounce, it might look weird but bounce is in fact extremely effective with gyara, not only water and flying get good coverage but also make a good combo, you paralyze with bounce(another reason you dont become set up bait, 30% paralyze chance) and flinch with waterfall, and you get a free turn of leftovers recovery (+1 bounce does about 80% to latias, who end your gyarados fun),there is nothing else to say that the others already dindt...

Hi all thanks for the imput so what do people think of

- Magnezone
+ CM suicune with Hp electric

Bounce on Gyra over EQ and changing Rotom H to sleep talk set and mayby in place of GYra Tyranitar

This team looks nice. At first glance I thought it was majorly weak to ground, but it posseses various ways to deal with them effectively. The only major threat I see is extremely bulky steel type pokemon. Heatran, Jirachi and Agili-Gross spring to my mind.
Though judging from your build, it really depends on what you still have in one piece.

My once cent.
