While there's a outside tool to do something similar here, I think is possible to add an option highlight/only show teams with a certain Pokémon in it, a bit like this:

Thank you for your suggestion. There actually is already an open PR that goes further than your proposal details and which probably should be merged. Similarly, the new teambuilder in the rewritten Preact client will also do a lot better here.
