Team Starfuckers

Team Starfuckers.
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Introduction:
Hello Smogon. This is my first RMT, my second post on Smogon-I lurk here but I don't think I am really good enough to be an active member. Some people say I'm good but yeah. I think I'm decent but no better than that. I posted this here because a good friend of mine called Enzo3254 or Organization as he is known on the Smogon leaderboard (which he is like 30th or something on) suggested that I post it here after he saw it on Marriland. Idk it'd be nice if people thought this team was good I guess =/. Anyway this is also what is (in my opinion) my second decent team. As anyone who I’ve complained to about it knows, I suck at team building. When I saw the recently-concluded tutoring program on CAL, I signed up immediately, knowing that the CAL staff are all dedicated people and, no matter who I got, my skills would be improved tenfold. As luck would have it, I got partnered with Ciaran (CAL-Ciaran here), who is renowned throughout various forums for his excellent team building skills- just what I needed. After an initial tutoring session, in which we made a somewhat rushed suspect team, I asked if we could make a team based around Sub+CM Jirachi, since I nominated it for the Crazy Amazing Team-Building, and no one seemed to like the idea. However, I’d used it in one of my previous fail teams, in which it had really shone. I love Jirachi as a Pokémon, and I loved the set even more. I thought it’d be fun to play and I thought it was amazing that it could beat stall by itself, with only a bit of Toxic Spikes support, thus I thought it’d be cool to base a team around it, which some of you may have seen me laddering with using the name natural magnum or CAL-Buzz. The conversation between me and Ciaran that ensued is pretty much how the team was built...
Oh, and all my pokemon are named after songs I really like.
Team Building:
Buzz (18:16:47): Ciaran could we make a team based around making SubCM Rachi sweep?
Ciaran (18:17:36): lolk
Ciaran (18:17:44): So SubCM Rachi
Ciaran (18:18:12): Pick the set
Ciaran (18:18:29): Sub, CM, Psychic/Flash Cannon, Thunderbolt?
Buzz (18:25:02): Yeah Flash Cannon>Psychic

385Back_m.png

Ciaran (18:18:03): Okay, so SubCM Rachi's biggest pains in the ass are...who?
Buzz (18:25:11): Most Infernape beat him
Buzz (18:25:18): He doesn’t like Heatran
Ciaran (18:25:24): Celebi, Bliss
Buzz (18:25:36): Salamence, Flygon, DNite
Buzz (18:26:15): Electivire, lol
Ciaran (18:26:20): lol
Ciaran (18:26:25): Zapdos
Buzz (18:26:31): Rotom-A
Ciaran (18:26:36): Rotom for sure
Ciaran (18:26:41): Okay
Ciaran (18:26:46): So we have a list
Ciaran (18:27:24): Bascially faster EQ/CC/Fire move users or people that resist the attacks
Ciaran (18:27:42): And Blissey
Buzz (18:27:49): And Celebi
Ciaran (18:28:09): So what can annoy Celebi, Blissey, and LO users?
Buzz (18:28:22): T-Spikes
Buzz (18:31:02): So do you think Roserade would work best then?

385Back_m.png
407Back_f.png

Buzz (18:37:59): So we need sand too.
Buzz (18:37:59): Ttar?
Ciaran (18:38:56): You may consider using Hippo instead. I'm not saying "DO IT" but he has a better chance against Ape who could cause you serious problems with those three atm

385Back_m.png
407Back_f.png
450Back_f.png

Buzz (18:45:44): So what else?
Ciaran (18:49:48): Next you want to prevent sweeps
Ciaran (18:49:51): And check threats (specifically the Dragons)
Ciaran (18:49:57): Stuff like that
Buzz (18:51:00): So a Scarfer or priority

385Back_m.png
407Back_f.png
450Back_f.png
121.png

Buzz (18:56:44): Now I just need two other pokes
Ciaran (18:57:42): CMRachi, Hippo, Rose, Scarfmie, SCIZOR CHECK, and someone else
Buzz (18:58:45): Rotom?
Buzz (18:58:46): Zapdos?
Buzz (18:58:52): No, Rotom
Ciaran (18:59:16): Why Rotom and not Zapdos?
Buzz (18:59:25): Cause then I’d have a spin blocker
Ciaran (19:03:16): YES

385Back_m.png
407Back_f.png
450Back_f.png
121.png
479-heat.png

Buzz (19:04:54): Rose, Rotom, Rachi, Hippo, Starmie.
The rest is irrelevant. At this point I didn’t know what to fill the last slot with and Ciaran said he wanted to leave it up to me, so I went on Marriland’s Team Builder, looked at the type chart and the resistances I needed. Heatran gave me them all.

Venice Queen (Roserade) (F) @ Focus Sash
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Sleep Powder
- Toxic Spikes
- Leaf Storm
- Hidden Power [Ground]
Description:
Roserade is the lead I chose. I’d decided that I wanted the team to be mainly bulky offense, obviously finishing with a SubCM Jirachi sweep. Most special sweepers really appreciate Toxic Spikes, because it helps them get past Blissey, and (to a lesser extent, due to Rest), Snorlax and Suicune, as well as various other grounded walls. Roserade fitted best on this style of play, because my other options were Forretress, who I really hate since all he does is set up something like one layer of Spikes then has to switch out or die, and even if he does manage to get all his hazards up, all he does is sit there, Tentacruel, who is okay, but is more suited to stally teams, umm, Smeargle, who wasn’t as fast as Roserade, as well as... other stuff, who I felt just didn’t do the job as well. So far she’s worked really well.
Moveset:
- Sleep Powder is there so I have a 75% chance of making anything without a faster Taunt go to sleep, giving me AT LEAST one free turn to set up Toxic Spikes. Also comes in useful lategame if she’s still alive to send some Metagross to sleep or something.
- Toxic Spikes is the entire reason she’s on the team. Helps beat common shit like Ttar, Swampert, Snorlax, Suicune, Blissey, Starmie, Hippowdon, Donphan, Infernape, Dusknoir, and so much more. Also helps against stall teams and most hyper offense teams.
- Leaf Storm is to try and take out Taunters that I know are faster than me. Brings Azelf and Aerodactyl to their Sashes, dents Gliscor, OHKOes Swampert. Also useful when I have slept one poke, set up 2 layers of T-Spikes and am at 1 HP.
- I chose HP Ground>HP Fire because the majority of players assume I have HP Fire, and they tend to switch in Heatran after they’ve gone to something to take the sleep. HP Ground OHKOes most of the time. However, there have been times when I’ve thought “man I wish I had HP Fire”, like if I’m against a Scizor and I know he will U-Turn or my Sash is intact, or if I’m against some Skarmory or Forretress lead etc.
EVs:
Uhh, max speed and SAtk so I can speed tie with other Roserade and other Lucario, and so I can deal plenty of damage with Leaf Storm. Considering max HP instead of max SAtk, since I never get much chance to actually use Leaf Storm.

Folding Stars (Starmie) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 40 HP/216 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Trick
Description:
Starmie is what I like to call my ‘Plan B’. If Mence or Gyara, or even Ttar get a DD up (and they often do), I can just sacrifice someone and bring this bitch in to take it out. Starmie checks so many stuff for me in one way or another it’s crazy. In fact, press Ctrl + F, type in Starmie, and click Next until you get to the threat list. Then click Next some more and the amount of times its name comes up should let you know how valuable it is for my team. Pursuit weak sucks though, and often makes me reluctant to bring it out.
Moveset:
- Surf is my STAB move, and the one I tend to use if I know my opponent is going to switch and he has a poke that resists every move I may use. My main attack, basically. I am seriously considering putting Hydro Pump here, because the team is KIND OF Gengar weak (I say kind of, because it can seriously hurt everything on the team one way or another, but Jirachi sets up on it), and Surf falls short of the OHKO, whereas I don’t think Hydro Pump would. I HATE 80% ACCURACY MOVES THOUGH! FUCKING STONE EDGE, HYDRO PUMP, FIRE BLAST (except that one is 85% but you know...)
- Ice Beam is the first part of the BoltBeam combo, and a coverage move. Allows me to revenge kill +1 DDMence, Scarf Flygon and +1 DDNite etc.
- Thunderbolt is the second part of the BoltBeam combo, giving me perfect coverage with three moves. Revenges +1, and sometimes +2 DDGyara, hits BulkyWaters for super effective.
- Trick is for the stuff I can’t dent with my other three moves. They come under the following categories: Special Wall, Special Wall, and Special Wall. None of the above really appreciate having a Choice Scarf, lol.
EVs:
Outspeeds Scarfed Gengar, Scarf Latias, umm... Scarf Espeon lol, +1 DDMence, Scarf Flygon, +1 DDGyara, +1 DDNite, all the stuff it needs to basically. Max SAtk, and rest in HP.

The Metal (Hippowdon) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 236 HP/192 Def/80 SDef
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Slack Off
- Roar
- Stealth Rock
Description:
Hippowdon sets up sand for me, which, again helps Jirachi out lategame because it takes away many walls’ Leftovers recovery, as well as wearing down a lot of offensive pokemon coupled with Toxic Spikes. He also takes so much shit it’s unbelievable. He’s my main answer to Ttar, SDLucario, SDeverything else, uh everything physical really. I just wish he wasn’t so boned by Taunt.
Moveset:
- Earthquake is basically to prevent me from being complete Taunt bait, as well as being able to do something to Lucario and Tyranitar.
- Slack Off is for awesome recovery. Why wouldn’t you want it on a wall?
- Roar is for phasing, which is important IMO. I love it when I send in Hippowdon and they send in someone, and I’m just like, no, I don’t want him to be in, gtfo. In comes Tyranitar and I have a turn to waste!
- Stealth Rock is the one move every team without exception needs.
EVs:
Stolen from Blue Harvest. Always survives a Mixape Grass Knot, olrp, rest in Defense.

Rotom_22640792085-iaza.png

Slam (Rotom-h) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/100 Def/56 Spd/100 SDef
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Overheat
- Pain Split
- Shadow Ball
Description:
Rotom is my spin blocker and Scizor and Gyarados (kind of) check. Overall he’s been working really well, although he doesn’t like repeatedly switching into Starmie Surfs, but he’s still the best spin-blocker in OU. Not much to say really- his typing is just necessary.
Moveset:
- Thunderbolt is Rotom’s obligatory STAB move, and the move I find myself using most often.
- Overheat enables him to check Scizor better, as well as not be walled by Magnezone, etc.
- Pain Split is for fairly decent recovery, since his HP is terrible, so I can bring myself almost back to full health if a Blissey comes in. It will also cut her health by about half.
- Shadow Ball is a nice coverage move, and also gets secondary STAB. Thinking of replacing this with Will-O-Wisp so as not to be destroyed by Ttar all the time. I probably won’t though because T-Spikes are essential to this team so I always do my best to get them up.
EVs:
Outspeeds umm some kind of Ttar, I think it’s Jolly but I’m not sure. Max HP and also olrp. Leftover EVs evenly distributed between Def and SDef, because I need to take both +1DDGyara’s Waterfalls, as well as CBScizors U-Turns etc, but I also need to be able to take stuff like Specs Hydro Pumps from Starmie when I switch in expecting Rapid Spin.

Heatran_23748273278-iaza.png

Fury (Heatran) (M) @ Shuca Berry
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 60 HP/196 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Hidden Power Ice
- Explosion
Description:
Heatran probably does the least for this team. He isn’t complete dead weight, as he does a really good job of breaking stall (bluffing scarf- Flamethrower the Skarm, Explode on the Blissey etc.), and he lures and destroys Mence that use EQ and get boned by HP Ice. Beats Scarftran too. However, he still doesn’t do that much, since everything outspeeds him, and even though his SAtk is nice, he just switches in on stuff and switches out. I added him because I needed a number of key resistances, which Heatran could give me.
Moveset:
- Flamethrower is my STAB and primary attack. Flamethrower>Fire Blast because the accuracy and PP was offputting. That’s all, really.
- Earth Power is all Heatran really gets by way of decent coverage tbh. Allows me to beat Scarftran that think I am locked on Flamethrower.
- Hidden Power Ice allows me to lure and OHKO most OU Dragons, since EQ won’t normally KO.
Explosion is to break stall, lol. When Heatran gets sick of life, he explodes.
EVs:
Outspeed Adamant Gyarados. Max SAtk, rest in HP.

I'm testing Snorlax in this spot atm. If anyone thinks that is a good change, then lemme know :)

Starfuckers (Jirachi) @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/80 Def/176 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Calm Mind
- Flash Cannon
- Thunderbolt
Description:
The main man, the star of the show (crap pun intended), the guy this whole team is based around. SubCM Rachi works wonders when things faster than it with EQ are gone. Sub up on Scizor switching out or something and being to CM. Soon things like SpecsLatias’ Surf won’t break your Sub, then SpecsGengars’ Shadow Ball, etc. I really do love this guy. Steel and Electric get fairly good coverage too. Not great, but pretty good nonetheless. Works in a similar way to CMRefresh Latias too, except without recovery, which is annoying >_>
Moveset:
- Substitute is to block status, ease prediction and net me free turns, etc.
- CM to boost my special capabilities and enable me to sweep easier.
- Flash Cannon to benefit from all the CMs and as my best attack, since it gets STAB.
- Thunderbolt to gain coverage so I can beat Gyarados etc.
EVs:
Outspeeds Jolly Lucario, ensures Seismic Toss won’t break my Sub, so I can set up on Blissey, and rest in Defense since I am boosting all my other important stats anyway.

Conclusion:
So that’s my team. It’s been doing pretty well on shoddy, and has beat Maje and Kir (Stauffen here) in the HGSS tournament, as well as random Smogonites who are high on the ladder, however there are a number of members who don’t really seem to be pulling their weight- any suggestions would be much appreciated and taken into account. I have considered other team members in various slots, but replacing anyone on the team has either left me without a vital part of my strategy, or weak to a certain pokemon.
I have retired this team quite a while ago.
I was gonna post the RMT AAAAAAGES AGO (before I got bored of the team) but I thought I'd have the recolours done faster, and once I put my mind to something, I hate not donig it right or leaving it incomplete, so yeah that's why I stupidly did fortyfuckingeight fucking recolours. Some are really shit because I simply couldn't be bothered so yeah. I'm not awful at spriting I just really couldn't be arsed to do 48 top quality recolours. >.<
Remind me not to use recolours in my future RMT's.
CREDIT FOR ALL PALETTES USED FOR THE RECOLOURS ON THE POKEMON GO TO FAZE. I DID THE RECOLOURING BUT YEAH THANKS FOR LETTING ME USE YOUR PALETTES. HIS RECOLOUR SHOP CAN BE FOUND HERE
And thanks to GTS+ for all the sprites. Seriously people always talk about PE2K or arkeis (ewww), but GTS+ is the best spriters resource by far, and the one I always use.
Anyway, thanks for reading, and happy rating!

Blissey has a fun time with this team. I suggest changing to a machamp or a scizor in heatran's position.

Scizor@choice band
248 Hp ev's 8 speed 252 attack
Adamant

u-turn
pursuit
bullet punch
super power

if you dont like the band use the SD scizor set.

machamp@leftovers
252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spe
adamant
no guard

rest
sleep talk
dynamic punch
pay back.

This also stops CB t-tar, 2 DD salamence or even one to 6-0 you.

Blissey has a fun time with this team.

Trick ScarfMie. Done.

Speaking of your Starmie, it outspeed +2 Adamant Gyarados (maybe Jolly? idk)

Can't think of anything, but I had to get that in. It seems like your team is well-built, with a couple weaknesses I can spot but I can see some possible solutions to. Out of curiosity, how high did it rank?

I will edit in what flaws I saw and how to *possibly* solve them without altering your team e.g. getting around threats.

It outspeeds +2 Adamant Gyarados with 168 EVs, and anything slower.

Lol it's cool, thanks :)

I can't remember that well but I think I got to something like 1500 before getting bored. Like I say I stopped using this team a while ago.

I will edit in what flaws I saw and how to *possibly* solve them without altering your team e.g. getting around threats.
Thanks man, I look forward to hearing what you have to say.

Hey Buzz, you are a good friend from CAL so I want to help you with this team.
First of all, since your actual Heatran set is "deadweight", I suggest you to change it to this.

Heatran - Shuca Berry
Naive, Flash Fire
Evs: 216 Spe / 252 SpA / 40 Atk

Stealth Rock
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Explosion

This set gives him a role, to set up Stealth Rock and to lure and kill Blissey. Faking a Choice Scarf is easy, and in a pinch, you may switch this into Blissey to use Stealth Rock on the Protect / Rotom-A switch-in.

Next thing is giving you Hippowdon Ice Fang over Stealth Rock, to keep Salamence in check (hippo is actually a great counter)

Good Luck with the team and i hope i had helped : )

Hey Buzz, you are a good friend from CAL so I want to help you with this team.
First of all, since your actual Heatran set is "deadweight", I suggest you to change it to this.

Heatran - Shuca Berry
Naive, Flash Fire
Evs: 216 Spe / 252 SpA / 40 Atk

Stealth Rock
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Explosion

He already has Stealth Rock on Hippowdon, so that's a pointless change.

Anyway, a few things. First of all, a correction.
Ciaran (18:38:56): You may consider using Hippo instead. I'm not saying "DO IT" but he has a better chance against Ape who could cause you serious problems with those three atm
Hippowdon does terrible against Infernape. A LOed Grass almost KOes the standard set (which is more Specially Defensive than yours):
307 Atk vs 202 Def & 420 HP (120 Base Power): 340 - 402 (80.95% - 95.71%)
Also, a Hippowdon cannot handle a SDed Lucario:
700 Atk vs 345 Def & 420 HP (120 Base Power): 339 - 400 (80.71% - 95.24%)
Both of those have approximately 40% chance of OHKOing Hippowdon after it comes in twice on SR (because no Pokemon comes in with 100% health late game).

Anyway, there's one change I'd like to make to this, which is Gliscor over Hippowdon. Gliscor serves a similar role, which is to set up SR, but it does lose the ability to set up sandstorm. However, it provides an additional Fighting-type resist (Roserade is a lead while Starmie is a Scarfer, so you don't want to have them resist). He can also 100% counter Lucario except for the rare Agility and Scarf sets, while Hippowdon is a shaky set due to its low Speed. Try running this set and see how it goes:

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Jolly | 252 HP / 40 Def / 216 Spe
Earthquake / Roost / Stealth Rock / Taunt

Earthquake, Roost, and Stealth Rock all serve a similar purpose to the moves on Hippowdon. Taunt is the new thing here, preventing enemies from even setting up in the first place instead of having to phaze them out. It also helps out against Skarmory, who cannot set up Spikes afterwards.

Other than that, your team is mostly fine. Your EVs need rearranging though. On Heatran, go with the standard 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe. Too many Heatrans run max Speed EVs, so losing the Speed tie might mean losing your Heatran if its Shuca Berry is gone. Also, you might end up outspeeding and KOing the opposing Heatran anyway. As for your Jirachi, personally, I run 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe. Since my loss in the No STAB Tourney, which was mainly due to not speed typing Mixmence, I've always ran max Speed in order to die with base 100s. Personally, I believe you should also. On my lead Roserades, which has the same moveset as yours, I run a 32 Def / 224 SpA / 252 Spe EV spread. With this spread, Roserade has a 2.56% chance of being 2HKOed by Metagross Bullet Punch (in case the first one misses or something). This allows you to set up Toxic Spikes and even possibly kill Metagross if you're lucky enough. To ensure the survival, just use 44 Def and 212 SpA.

Good luck!

Nice team name! Jirachi is one of my favorite Pokemon so I feel obliged to offer some advice. xD

Gliscor over Hippowdon would be better for this team. Hippowdon doesn't really add anything besides Sand. Gliscor covers the same threats as Hippowdon and can be a great stallbreaker too.

Gliscor @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP / 32 Def / 224 Spe
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
---

Taunt will shut down Ice Beam-less Blissey and HP-Ice-less Celebi. These are two of the best counters to SubCM Jirachi, especially Celebi with Perish Song.

You said you're testing Snorlax over Heatran. I would like to support this decision. Opposing Heatran are a big threat for Jirachi and Snorlax makes a great counter for it. Plus, your team really needs some Physical offense. Earthquake is really your only physical attack. I would recommend this set for Snorlax:

Snorlax @ Leftovers
Ability: Thick Fat
EVs: 16 HP / 252 Attack / 44 Defense / 192 SpDef / 4 Speed
Nature: Adamant (+Spe, -Atk)
- Body Slam
- Earthquake
- Crunch
- Selfdestruct
---
Crunch is for Rotom-A which are generally Snorlax's best counter, which also walls Jirachi. Crunch also lets you deal with Latias and hit Celebi harder. Snorlax's Selfdestruct is the strongest attack in OU and can be used when Snorlax is on low health to take out almost anything. The EVs are from Delta 2777's team. 16 HP is a Leftovers number, 44 Def let Snorlax survive a CB TTar Stone Edge if it is at full health. 4 Speed to outrun other Snorlax. Attack is maxed out to hit as hard as possible and the rest are dumped into SDef for tanking special hits. This Snorlax hits hard offensively and doubles as a brilliant special wall.

Lastly, I would replace your current Rotom-H with the Boosting Sweeper. It makes a great partner for Jirachi since they share similar counters (Blissey and Tyranitar in particular) so they weaken each others counters. Celebi fears Rotom's STAB Shadow Ball as well.

Rotom-C @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 64 HP / 232 SpA / 212 Spe
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
- Substitute
- Charge Beam
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power Fighting / Thunderbolt
---
I recommend Rotom-C because it can possibly set up on Swampert, which walls Jirachi entirely. Thunderbolt or HP Fighting work well in the last slot. HP Fighting lets you 2hko Tyranitar after a single boost and 2HKO Blissey after 6 boosts. It also has perfect coverage with Shadow Ball since nothing resists the Ghost/Fighting combo. Thunderbolt is a better option against Scizor though and still 2HKOs Blissey after 6 Boosts. 64 HP EVs ensure that Blissey cannot break its substitutes. It also allows Rotom to make 5 Substitutes (or 3 with Sandstorm). 212 EVs let Rotom outspeed Adamant Lucario and Jolly Mamoswine. The rest are dumped into SpA.

I hope these suggestions were helpful, good luck.

Wow that helped a lot thanks!
I have posted this everywhere (TeamUber, Marriland, here and CAL), and from the rates I got (I got quite a few), I was gonna replace Heatran with Gliscor and Hippowdon with Tyranitar, but then I was horribly Starmie weak and ended up just going with Snorlax>Heatran and ignoring basically all but a few of my rates since I became weak to something or other.
Thanks your rate was helpful and I will definitely be using that Lax and Rotom but I am now undecided is Gliscor or Hippowdon =/. I am SDlucario weak if Hippowdon is weakened, but Gliscor obviously solves that. However Life Orbers such as Ape and Mence get worn down slower without sand, and Mence especially can be a problem for this team since I'd have no steel type if I don't want to reveal Jirachi, and Snorlax can only take Draco Meteors so well. I shall certainly be testing it though (eventually- I have a tournament which requires me to make 3 new teams going on atm so yeah xD), and will possibly/likely be keeping Gliscor. Anyway as for everyone else:
@Legend: I'm probably gonna replace Heatran so yeah. Although that set would be good, if it didn't have 216 random speed EVs. Wtf has base 72 speed? xD
@supermarth: He was saying replace SR with Ice Fang on Hippowdon and put SR on Tran. Yep yep Gliscor thanks I'll be using it. As for Heatrans spread, I'd be tempted just to give him some random item like Lum Berry or Wise Glasses or Expert Belt if I were to run that because I've found that you still need some bulk to survive EQs from stuff even with the Shuca Berry. The damage might be halved but it's still 2x more than what it would do to something which takes neutral hits from Ground attacks. I'll consider it though. As for Rachi's spread, the standard is good because I need max HP to have my subs not broken by S-Tosses, and SOME SAtk EVs are needed to have a better chance vs Blissey etc. I'll use the Roserade spread for sure though thanks.
@MrIndigo: Thanks, I will be testing Gliscor.
@Bribery: Yeah look up xD. As for Snorlax's spread, Delta is a good friend of mine- we shoddy stalk each other and use each others teams xD, so I talked to him about the spread cause he always comes up with such random complicated ones and he said take 8 EVs from HP and put it in SDef so I have done.
Edit: Is Rotom's spread made with HP Fighting's IV drops taken into account?
Thanks for all the input guys, it's appreciated!
