Hello people! This is my first RMT post, and first post altogether. This is a team that I made recently that I have had so much success with. (However I haven't played with it too much.) My record with it would probably be something like 8-1. Anyways, I'm hoping by posting it here I can make it even better, and also give others some ideas :).
Let's get started.
ROSERADE LEAD
@Focus Sash Timid
252Spa 252Spe 4Hp
Moves: [Toxic Spikes/Spikes] [Leaf Storm] [HP Ice] [Sleep Powder/Stun Spore]
This is the first time I've used a Roserade lead and so far I love it. It's Spa is godly, scoring kills easily. I swapped Hp Fire with Hp Ice because I do not care about skarm/forretress/scizor, as I have a magnezone. So spikes is illegal with sleep powder. Thanks Flameheart.
How I deal with the recent top 10 leads.
Azelf: Usually leaf storm on the taunt, and finish it off with an Hp as it sets up rocks. I still have sash so I sleep the next poke that comes in and proceed to set up t/r spikes.
Aerodactyl: Hp Ice on the taunt, finish it off with another as it sets up rocks. I still have sash so I sleep the next poke that comes in and proceed to set up t/r spikes.
Swampert: Leaf Storm straight away I don't want to deal with it.
Machamp: Usually Switch to appropriate pokemon.
Metagross: Switch to appropriate pokemon, or sleep if I feel it's occa.
Jirachi: Let's just say I'm not smiling when my opponent leads with a rachi. Usually switch to magnezone to take the trick.
Infernape: Switch to Dusknoir. (Packs EQ and Shadow Sneak).
Ninjask: Set up t/r spikes on the protect, and sleep powder next.
Roserade: Try for speed tie and sleep.
Hippowdon: Sleep the switch.
SCARFZONE
@Choice Scarf Naive
252Spa 252Spe 4Att
Moves: [Thunderbolt] [Flash Cannon] [HP Fire] [Explosion]
Magnezone is a very useful pokemon, even if your opponent doesn't have a steel to prey on. With him on my team, not only can I absorb toxics aimed at my Dusknoir or Vaporeon, but I don't have to worry about Scizor, Forretress, or Skarmory (and sometimes a tricking Jirachi.) Although his attack stat is nothing to celebrate about, Explosion can still do a dent to a lot of things, especially the likes of Blissey.
DAMAGING TANK DUSKNOIR
@Leftovers Sassy
252Hp 28Att 228Def
Moves: [Thunderpunch] [Shadow Sneak] [Earthquake] [Pain Split]
Before bashing me about not have W.o.W I cannot count how many times I've EQd OHKO an incomming Heatran predicting a W.o.W. I always tell people.. Why do you need W.o.W when people think you have it. Plus if I'm using t-spikes things will be poisoned anyways. I think the 4 moves I have are really great as I can counter things like Infernape, and Gyarados, and revenge kill other things like Rotom-A, and Gengar.
LO MAMOSWINE
@Life Orb Adamant
252Att 252Spe 4Hp
Moves: [Ice Shard] [Earthquake] [Stone Edge] [Superpower]
This thing is great for annihilating dragons and other ice weak pokemon, with a powerful stab priority in Ice shard. Not to mention the strongest Earthquake in OU. It counters blissey well, but with Salamence recently going Uber, could I afford to drop this guy in order to remedy my fire weakness in this team?
STANDARD VAPOREON/INSERT BULKY WATER HERE
@Leftovers Bold
188Hp 252Def 68Spe
Moves: [Wish] [Protect] [Surf] [HP Electric]
Standard wish support vaporeon. You all know what it does. I am up for options on another bulky water. I've been thinking about Slowbro/Slowking for t-wave, in order to make the sweep of my Togekiss easier, and swapping scarf with specs on Togekiss, giving it amazing power. I feel like Slowking is overall better than Slowbro (for a speical wall), but I could use opinions. If I do this I will need to replace my toxic spikes with regular spikes or a different lead overall. Looking for opinions on other bulky waters. Trying Swampert
SCARFKISS
@Choice Scarf Timid
252Spa 252Spe 4Hp
Moves: [Air Slash] [Aura Sphere] [Flamethrower] [Trick]
Love this thing. Just a great game finisher to sweep up the mess and grab the win. Great coverage with the moves I have, and a stunning 125 base Spa stat to back it up. Not to mention some natural bulk to take hits. Trick is great to stop stallers and such, namely Cress, which is a major threat to my team.
Theres the team, please respond with useful or nice things :)

Thank you for reading, and I hope my first RMT was good :)
