You can only vote for yourself twice. We are currently aware that due to low sub turnout this basically means ur self votes are hard locked to Butterfree and Appletun due to the 3 per sub rule . Next slate we will hopefully have a better voting process that can accommodate for these low turnouts. Sorry for the trouble.

Winners!
:ss/flapple-gmax:
Name: Flapple
Type:

Stats: 70 HP / 120 Atk / 95 Def / 80 SpA / 67 SpD / 88 Spe
(+10 Atk, +15 Def, -15 SpA, +7 SpD +18 Spe)
Abilities: Ripen / Gluttony | HA: Hustle
(G-Max Ability: Tinted Lens)
New Moves: Close Combat, Scale Shot
Signature Move: Grav Apple - In addition to its normal effects, sets Gravity when it hits resisted targets.
Justification: Flapple gets buffed in a way that bolsters both base and Gigantamax forms. Superpower serves as powerful coverage to break past Steel types that hardwall it, while when it Gigantamaxes, gives Flapple a free Power Up Punch. Scale Shot gives it a unique STAB option outside of Outrage. The Grav Apple rework makes it sets its own Gravity that offset's its Hustle debuff while also making Grav Apple hit that much harder. Tinted Lens gives Flapple a real ability that can actually help it break a team after it Dynamaxes, making Ferrothorn and Corviknight less of an issue.

:ss/Alcremie-gmax:
Name: Alcremie
Type:

Stats: 65 HP / 60 Atk / 90 Def / 120 SpA / 125 SpD / 70 Spe
(+15 Def, +10 SpA, +4 SpD, +6 Spe)
Abilities: Gooey | HA: Aroma Veil
(G-Max Ability: Well Baked Body)
New Moves: Moonblast, Earth Power
Signature Move: Decorate - Now identical effects of Heart Swap.
Justification: Alcremie gets a solid defense buff, and gains access to crucial Ground coverage and a more reliable STAB option. When Gigantamaxing, Earth Power gives it a free SpD boost upon every usage, making them even more effective at walling threats. Nothing else crazy tbh, the stat buffs make it somewhat more effective at being a bulky Dynamax abuser. Finally Decorate allows it to punish set up in it's base form, stealing Calm Mind boosts from slower sweepers and making it its own.
:appletun-gmax:
Name: Appletun
Type: Grass / Dragon
Ability: Ripen / Harvest / Thick Fat
G-Max Ability: Grassy Surge
Stats:
110 / 75 / 90 / 120 / 100 / 25 [BST 520] (+0/-10/+10/+20/+20/-5)
New Moves: Flamethrower, Sludge Bomb, Toxic
Signature Move: Apple Acid - Matcha Gotcha clone, replace the 20% chance to burn (+ thawing effect) with 20% chance to Badly Poison.
Justification: Bulkier version of this apple pie that has potential for interesting longevity with Harvest or Grassy Surge. Setting up Grassy Terrain will be especially good for its G-Max set as it needs a way to heal when its recovery moves all become Max Guard.
:ss/butterfree-gmax:
Name: Butterfree
Type: Bug/Flying
Abilities: Compound Eyes / Magic Guard (HA)
Stats: 60 / 45 / 75 / 115 / 100 / 70
New Moves: + Mystical Fire, Spore, Earth Power, Sludge Bomb
Removed Moves:
Justification: you really need a lot to make a bug/flying more viable, removed tlens for mguard while retaining compound eyes for its prevalent niche in accurate sleep power. This benefits the gmax form because the wishing stone makes it vulnerable to stealth rock
:sv/centiskorch-gmax:
Name: Centiskorch
Type: Fire / Bug
Ability: Flash Fire / Magic Bounce / Flame Body (H) (Gigantamax Ability: Dry Skin)
Stats: 100 / 135 (+20) / 85 (+20) / 75 (-15) / 100 (+10) / 65 (550 BST)
New Moves: First Impression, Superpower, Wild Charge
Justification: I think a lot of people would be surprised at how decently good the Fire Bug type is for Centiskorch in this meta? Being a fire type not weak to ground + resistance to fighting (especially max knuckle) are great traits to have against other gigantamaxers. With Magic Bounce it can get in without the fear of mons setting hazards or throwing toxics at it, while in Gigantamax it has Dry Skin which allows it to break wish pass cores that often include mola + a gmax steel type (corviknight, Copperajah) and make up for the fact that its G-max move doesn't setup sun.. New moves are pretty much coverage.
Discuss the winners and how they will impact the current metagame. Discussion Slate will last 24 Hours.

:Flapple: - This looks solid, Tinted Lens means that it can do more damage to some of the Pokemon that would otherwise wall it, and a strong Max Knuckle for good attack-boosting coverage. Grav Apple setting Gravity on its own should also have some interesting benefits for certain team structures. Also can someone please come up with different G-Max designs for Flapple and/or Appletun? I would love for them to not look exactly the same.

:Appletun-gmax: - This was mine and you all seemed to like it, so I am happy. Grassy Surge and its large bulk should allow it to be a G-Maxer with solid longevity. Sludge Bomb as a potential source of Max Ooze also helps its offensive profile.

:Butterfree-gmax: - One of the two Butterfree subs that had Magic Guard. Understandable in the sense that the ability allows it to get in more effectively, but personally I think that is a boring way to buff it. Spore being included in its movepool feels strange to me, considering its existing antics of being a Compound Eyes Sleep Powder user. The other moves feel like solid coverage and useable Max moves.

:Centiskorch-gmax: - Magic Bounce feels really weird for it to have, and I am somewhat concerned that this will make Butterfree less used as a G-Max Pokemon, as there are now two Bug types quad-weak to Rock who have access to Magic Bounce. Otherwise, the movepool increases seem pretty solid, and First Impression will definitely hit hard with that increased Attack.

:alcremie-gmax: - Gooey is a fun base ability, the bulk increase is solid, and Moonblast was a necessary viable Fairy STAB. Earth Power is also a nice touch to help it with its special bulk. Thanks to its G-Max signature move I could see this surviving for a while on the field. Not sure how I feel about the Heart Swap signature, but should be interesting to see in practice.

You voted! And we listened! These six Pokémon are all currently rotting in NU or lower in their respective debut Generations, ad we decided that we have to do something about that. So you have the chance to rework these Pokémon to fit into the TeraMax metagame! Will you make them the perfect Dynamax abuser? Or will you make them the feather in Terastilization's cap? You decide how these Pokémon will fare good luck!
Restrictions

For All
- Can add / replace one ability.
- Typing can be modified, but must keep one of its standard typings.

:Falinks:
- Can add up to 3 new moves
- No Retreat can be adjusted.

:stonjourner:
- Can add up to 3 new moves.
- Power Spot can be adjusted.

:Eiscue:
- Can add up to 3 new moves.
- Ice Face can be adjusted.

:Dudunsparce:
- Can add up to 2 new moves.

:Scovillain:

- Spicy Extract can be adjusted.

:Tatsugiri:
- Can add up to 3 new moves.
- Commander can be adjusted.

Some additional news. Welcome Gekokeso and analysis geek to the newly formed council! Our cobined leadership will definitely steer TeraMax in the rigjy direction. Next, some observation has led us to realise that the specific mechanic currently surrounding G-Max Sandblast and G-Max Centiferno is very uncompetitive, so they will be nerfed to only set the effects of Sand Tomb and Fire Spin respectively. Finally, this was an error on our part but Chien Pao has 10 extra points in BST. Please remove -10 from SpD Yoshiblaze. Thanks for all of that! Submissions close in exactly one week. Good luck!

Removed Moves:
Justification: This allows eiscue to not immediately die after the opponent hard switches to a special attacker. The addition of the water typing is to give it a good secondary stab option, and it makes sense thematically. This allows eiscue to serve as a potent option for offensive teams as it’s belly drum sets are powerful, however it can be walled by water types decently easily

Name: Stonjourner
Type:

Stats: 100 / 125 / 135 / 20 / 60 (+40) / 80 (+10)
Abilities: Power Spot* - Now also affects the user. Additionally, when this Pokémon switches out, its team's attacks deal 1.3x damage for the next turn.
New / Changed Moves: Headlong Rush, Spikes, Bounce
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Basically a faster, more offensive Rhyperior, sporting the same excellent STAB EdgeQuake combo, excellent physical bulk, and a ton of power with 125 Attack and a free 1.3x boost. 80 Speed is good enough for a typical crazy powerful wallbreaker, letting Stonj act as a good Scarfer, Dynamax abuser (with Bounce for Speed), or just slapping a Choice Band on it and going crazy. Power Spot also provides some nice utility, giving the next mon that comes in a Life Orb boost for a turn, rewarding you for positioning well and getting in your complimentary breaker. Still deathly afraid of most special attackers despite the huge SpD buff.

:sv/falinks:
Name: Falinks
Type:

Stats: 65 / 115 (+15) / 100 / 70 / 60 / 110 (+40)
Abilities: Battle Armor / Technician / Defiant
New / Changed Moves: No Retreat*, Rock Blast, Bullet Seed, Gunk Shot
*No Retreat - Can only be used once per switch-in, but no longer prevents switching
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Mini-Terrakion that has the option to omniboost itself. 110 Speed is very fast for a Rock-type and while it lacks Lycanroc-Dusk's sheer power and Accelerock, Falinks' much better typing and coverage plus No Retreat give Falinks something to do. Loaded Dice with SD or No Retreat and Rock Blast/CC/Bullet Seed will go hard.

Name: Scovillain
Type:

Stats: 95 (+30) / 123 (+15) / 65 / 93 (-15) / 65 / 95 (+20)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Intimidate / Moody
New / Changed Moves: Spicy Extract* (Grass-type Fire Lash), Flare Blitz, Close Combat
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Venusaur is the much preferred option for a special Chlorophyll user, so this aims to make Scovillain a better physical option there. Faces competition from cinderace in this role, but the speed advantage and better matchup into Water-types gives Scovillain some advantages. Also makes for a decent dynamax abuser when it can set Sun for itself and boost with Max Knuckle. Spicy Extract is also fun to bully switch-ins, as not much wants to take an 80 BP Grass move into a Sun-boosted +1 Flare Blitz from a mon with 123 Attack.

Name: Dudunsparce
Type:

Stats
: 130 (+10) / 100 / 80 / 90 (+5) / 80 (+5) / 55
Abilities: Serene Grace / Stamina / Rattled
New / Changed Moves: Hyper Drill* (Now ignores resistances instead of going through protection), Knock Off, Defog
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Dudunsparce's 130/80/80 bulk + Stamina + Roost goes kinda insane if left alone for too long, especially in combination with Calm Mind to boost up and patch up Dudun's SpD and the always annoying Glare. Mainly held back by still being pure Normal, which isn't all bad when the opponent's options to handle a super boosted up Dudun are limited to just Fighting moves and also STAB Boomburst, but the lack of resistances and existence of Great Tusk means it's not always gonna be easy for Dudun. Loves Tera, though.

:sv/tatsugiri:
Name: Tatsugiri
Type:

Stats: 83 (+15) / 50 / 67 (+7) / 120 / 95 / 95 (+13)
Abilities: Commander* / Storm Drain
Commander - Previous effects + Using a Dragon-type move boosts one of the user's stats by 1 stage (after dealing damage for damaging Dragon moves), depending on the user's form (Base/Curly = SpA, Droopy = Def, Stretchy = SpD)
New / Changed Moves: Sludge Bomb, Toxic, Ice Beam
Removed Moves: N/A
Justification: Special DDance !! While it's still pretty frail and kinda slow by modern metagame standards, Tatsugiri can really snowball out of control if you're not careful. Specs Dracos that only reduce SpA by 1 stage like it's a Gholdengo allows Tatsu to bully walls, Dragon Dance boosting both Speed and SpA sets up for sweeps, Dragon Pulse being a Dragon Torch Song helps DDance or Scarf Tatsu clean up, etc.

Abilities
: Serene Grace / Cloud Nine / Rattled
Stats: 125 / 100 / 90 / 90 / 90 / 60 [BST 555] (+0/+0/+10/+5/+15/+5)
New Moves: Defog, Hyper Drill, Poltergeist
90 BP. Contact. Bypasses all forms of protection, but does half damage if the target used Max Guard. 50% chance to lower the target's Defense by 1.
Justification: Slow but bulky Normal/Ghost with several useful sets. Rattled now means that its Speed increases when hit by moves from its one weakness. Hyper Drill looks really solid on Serene Grace sets with the now guaranteed Defense drop. Both Calm Mind or Coil sets work nicely for both abilities. Cloud Nine is an ability that at least has a niche, unlike the useless Run Away.

:eiscue: :eiscue-noice:
Name: Eiscue
Type: Ice/Water
Abilities: Ice Face / Ice Body
When Ice Face is active, this Pokemon is immune to status conditions. However, regaining Ice Face (see below) does not cure its status.

When this Pokemon is hit by a contact move or a Fire-type move, the following occurs:
  1. If this Pokemon is Ice Face Eiscue, it becomes Eiscue-No-Ice. If it has the Ice type, that type is removed.
  2. This Pokemon's Speed is raised by one stage, and its Defense and Special Defense are reduced by one stage.
If this Pokemon ends its turn in snow, or is hit by an Ice-type move, the following occurs:
  1. If this Pokemon is Eiscue-No-Ice, it becomes Ice Face Eiscue. It it does not have the Ice type, it gains the Ice type.
  2. This Pokemon's Defense and Special Defense are raised by one stage, and its Speed is reduced by one stage.
If Eiscue-Noice is switched out and switched back in, it remains in its No-Ice form, but returns to its base typing.
Stats: 90 / 90 / 120 / 90 / 90 / 70 [BST 550] (+15/+10/+10/+25/+0/+20 or +15/+10/+50/+25/+40/-60)
New Moves: Calm Mind, Flash Cannon, Psychic
Justification: Changing its signature ability so its "alternate form" is more in-line with a similar Pokemon, Mimikyu/Mimikyu-Busted. Buffing the Ice Face to be immune to status should at least put it in the running with other bulky Ice types. Note that this change to Ice Face doesn't actually impact :eiscue-noice: that much, as its Defense, Special Defense, and Speed are still comparable to their current stats after the form change is applied. The option for Special sets to be potentially just as viable as the Belly Drum set should allow for more diversity, and it will make it less likely for your opponent to predict your set on switch-in.
(May need to doublecheck these calculations later. :eiscue-noice: represents current No-Ice Eiscue, :eiscue: represents No-Ice Eiscue with these changes)

:eiscue-noice: 130 Speed, 252 EVs, Jolly: 394 Speed
:eiscue: 70 Speed, 252 EVs, Jolly, +1: 393 Speed

:eiscue-noice: 70 Def, no investment: 176 Def
:eiscue: 120 Def, no investment, -1: 185 Def

:eiscue-noice: 50 Sp. Def, no investment: 136 Sp. Def
:eiscue: 90 Sp. Def, no investment, -1: 145 Sp. Def

:falinks:
Name: Falinks
Type: Fighting/Steel
Abilities
: Battle Armor / Defiant / Scrappy
Stats
: 75 / 120 / 120 / 75 / 75 / 90 [BST 555] (+10/+20/+20/+5/+15/+15)
New Moves: Final Gambit, No Retreat, Steel Beam, Stone Edge
Current effect + if a Pokemon with the No Retreat status is hit by a contact move, the No Retreat status is transferred to the attacking Pokemon.
Justification: Steel typing gives it STAB on Iron Head, and completely changes its weaknesses. Movepool additions are mainly for flavour, but could complement some sets well. Stone Edge is a better move that Rock Slide, and hits the Flying or Fire types that resist both its STABs. Steel Beam is practically mandatory on all Steel-types. Final Gambit is a potential self-sacrificing move if you get trapped in against something that you can't handle. Scrappy allows its Fighting moves to hit the Ghosts that could otherwise not be too concerned about its existence.

:scovillain:
Name: Scovillain
Type: Grass/Fire
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Contrary / Moody
Stats: 80 / 120 / 80 / 100 / 80 / 80 [BST 540] (+15/+12/+15/-8/+15/+5)
New Moves: Power Whip, Raging Fury, Spicy Extract
Clears the target's stat changes and changes their ability to Dry Skin.
Justification: Scovillain with slightly better stats will absolutely LOVE this meta. As a Dynamax user, it loves that it can set up its own sun with Max Flare, now with a stronger physical base in Raging Fury, to help it outspeed the opposition with Chlorophyll. New change to Spicy Extract may seem a bit odd, but removing a target's stat changes and getting rid of their ability, while also making them vulnerable to your upcoming Fire-type attacks, should be very useful for it indeed. If you don't like the sun, you can use Contrary to boost your Special Attack thanks to Overheat and Leaf Storm.

:Stonjourner:
Name: Stonjourner
Type: Rock/Ghost
Abilities
: Power Spot / Sturdy
This Pokemon and its allies have their critical hit rate increased by one. When this Pokemon switches out or faints, the incoming ally has the Focus Energy status until the end of the next turn.
Stats: 100 / 125 / 160 / 20 / 75 / 75 [BST 555] (+0/+0/+25/+0/+55/+5)
New Moves: Poltergeist, Recover, Will-O-Wisp
Justification: Haunted Stonehedge rocks? Sure. Huge buff to its longevity is exactly what this Pokemon needed. Huge boost to its Special Defense means it can actually stay on the field for longer without being afraid of Special attackers. Change to Power Spot maintains its intention of benefiting its allies, allowing it to give a buff to allies as it switches out, or if it faints (possibly taking an opponent down with it with Destiny Bond).

:Tatsugiri: :tatsugiri-droopy: :tatsugiri-stretchy:
Name: Tatsugiri
Type: Water/Dragon
Abilities: Commander / Storm Drain / Swift Swim
Current effect (doubles only so who cares) + if this Pokemon is targeted by a move, 30% chance to inflict the attacker with the condition
Taunt:tatsugiri-stretchy:/ Torment:tatsugiri:/ Encore:tatsugiri-droopy:.
Stats: 75 / 75 / 75 / 125 / 100 / 90 [BST 540] (+7/+25/+15/+5/+5/+8)
New Moves: Hurricane, Ice Beam, Scald
Justification: Just a slightly better fish. Change to Commander intends to be the fish Commanding the opponent to do... anything else. Swift Swim is here because... well, Kingdra is not one of the available Pokemon, so Tatsugiri has a chance to be Kingdra 2.0 in a format with Dynamax.

Stats: 95 (+30) / 110 (+10) / 110 (+10) / 70 / 70 (+10) / 75 (530 BST)
Abilities: Battle Armor / Regenerator / Defiant (H)
New Moves: U-turn, Court Change, No Retreat (now gives +2 Def / Sp. Def, +1 other stats)
Justification: A weird, weird take on Falinks. Pivot with Regen U-turn until you're ready to set up a No Retreat and sweep, and if things look dire you can still escape. Not quite slow enough to be a real slow pivot. Court Change gives it some extra support.

:ss/stonjourner:
Name: Stonjourner
Type: Rock / Fighting
Stats: 120 (+20) / 125 / 135 / 20 / 20 / 85 (+15) (505 BST)
Abilities: Power Spot (This Pokémon's Max Moves are powered up by 30% and its Dynamax lasts for five turns) / Solid Rock (H)
New Moves: Axe Kick, Blaze Kick
Justification: Power Spot makes Stonjourner a very scary Dynamaxer whose absurd physical bulk does basically nothing to offset the 20 Sp. Def, so you better make sure you take out the opponent's special threats first.

:ss/eiscue: :ss/eiscue-noice:
Name: Eiscue | Eiscue-Noice
Type: Ice
Stats: 75 / 105 (+25) / 90 (-20) / 40 (-25) / 130 (+40) / 65 (+15) | 75 / 105 (+25) / 70 / 40 (-25) / 70 (+20) / 145 (+15) (505 BST)
Abilities: Ice Face (Prevent the first time this Pokémon takes damage from a physical attack or entry hazards and change to Noice Face. Regenerates when hail or snow activates.)
New Moves: Chilly Reception, High Horsepower, Roost
Justification: The way new Ice Face should work is if you pivot with Chilly Reception, you regain your Ice Face before you switch out. It's thus both a lot easier to make use of Ice Face and a lot easier to break out of it to get that sweet, sweet 145 Speed. The Sp. Def bump is to discourage just sniping it with special moves.

:ss/dudunsparce:
Name: Dudunsparce

Stats: 125 / 100 / 80 / 95 (+10) / 85 (+10) / 55 (540 BST)
Abilities: Aerilate / Serene Grace / Rattled (H)
New Moves: Quiver Dance
Justification: This is fully insane but who gives a shit. Tera abuser that runs Tera Flying for insane Boombursts and a decent pseudo-STAB combo with Ground and uses QD. The 85 Sp. Atk and 55 Speed oughtta keep it in check.

:ss/scovillain:

Type: Grass / Fire
Stats: 85 (+20) / 108 / 65 / 108 / 65 / 95 (+20) (526 BST)
Abilities: Chlorophyll / Insomnia / Moody (H)
New Moves: Earth Power, Spicy Extract (Grass-type, 90 BP, 100% acc, 10 PP, special, target gains the Tar Shot volatile)
Justification: Opposite direction of Yoshi's, Dynamax user that sets its own sun and is extremely hard to outspeed afterwards. Spicy Extract lets it break through would-be checks pre- or post-Dynamax.

:ss/tatsugiri:
Name: Tatsugiri
Type: Dragon / Water
Stats: 98 (+30) / 50 / 80 (+20) / 120 / 95 / 82 (515 BST)
Abilities: Commander (This Pokémon and its ally in battle take half damage from Terastalized Pokémon) / Purifying Salt (H)
New Moves: Scald, Flip Turn, Soft-Boiled
Justification: Tatsugiri gains a significant amount of bulk and two very nice abilities for a defensive / support mon alongside the ever-useful Scald and recovery. Serves as a spinner that fears nothing from Gholdengo.

Description: Takes advantage of Tera Water being a great defensive type, mainly on Garganacl, and of naturally good Water-types like Toxapex and Slowking by removing effects of Sludge Bomb and Scald. Being able to muscle through checks like Gastrodon, Azumarill, Slowking, Toxapex and Rotom-Wash is also a great advantage. Old Commender was kinda bad, here you have a better variant that is more useful overall. Now it is stronger overall but still has a great match-up against Water-types, that tend to check it. Alternatively, you can do Natural Cure and act as a more support oriented Tatsugiri. Dracovish and Walking Wake are great offensive Water/Dragons, thus I wanted to focus more on Tatsugiri's support capabilities.

:sv/dudunsparce:
Name: Dudunsparce
Type: Normal
Stats: 130 / 90 / 80 / 95 / 75 / 65 (540 BST)
Abilities: Punk Rock / Serene Grace / Rattled (H)
New Moves: Flamethrower, Fire Blast.
Justification: Dudunsparce does have great tools it can use but its stats and typing always let it down. Buffed its bulk a bit while rearranging its Offensive stats. With Punk Rock boosted Boombursts. Worth noting that Punk Rock synergises perfectly with tera, allowing Dudunsparce to take a hit with its massive bulk, then follow up with a strong Boomburst or a Glare. Also added fire coverage for stuff like Ferro or Corv.

Move Additions: Aura Sphere, Focus Blast, Superpower
Description: This was going to be another 'Power Spot rework that interacts with Dynamax' sub but I felt like being insane instead and let it be a special attacker. The huge spdef increase and rocks resistance go a long way too.

Scovillain
Type
:

Abilities: Chlorophyll, Insomnia, Reckless

Move Additions: Flare Blitz, Wood Hammer
Spicy Extract Rework:
80 BP, 10/16 PP, 95 Acc | Deals double damage against Dynamax targets.

Abilities: Commander*, Storm Drain
Commander: User's moves will go first in their priority bracket if their target is Dynamaxed or Terastilized.

Vetoes! The vetoes themselves came from deliberation from council, and everything else is just my personal opinion / suggestions, meaning they do not have to be followed if disagreed with. Expect Gekokeso to follow uo with their own thoughts shortly as well.

:eiscue: I think this could be a little bit stronger. Like an ever so slight bump to it's attack.

:falinks: I think this could be a little bit stronger. Maybe Technician instead of Skill Link would be more appropriate here.

:dudunsparce: Already learns Earth Power

:Falinks: I think this could be a little bit stronger.

:stonjourner: I think the addition of a good secondary typing that helps propel the bulky role you want from your Ston is ideal, as pure Rock is a mediocre defensive typing in general and especially in the context of TeraMax.

:scovillain: Veto (kinda). Contrary is a neat idea, but we feel like Leaf Storm would need to go before we commit to exploring this idea more. Dual 130 +2 STAB moves seem like too much headache. Outside of that, I think this mon could actually serve to be a little bulkier or faster to better play around the tools it has.

:Falinks: Imo this Pokémon needs more utility to justify it's existence. A set up move that traps you with no offensive benefit is pretty hard to justify as a sweeper, esp when its sole form of damage output has a hard immunity, and many resists. Something that makes non No Retreat sets be worth something, and honestly something that makes No Retreat worth it too.

:stonjourner: Vetoed. This Pokémom is too strong with Axe Kick Sheer Force. One of these elements needs to be removed.

:dudunsparce: Even with Aerilate + Tera Flying I believe this Pokémon could use more offensive power to back it up, especially since it is essentially forced to ALWAYS Tera and always into a specific type if you use it, which may not be ideal on a mon specific as this.

:scovillain: imo it's way too frail to justify itself as a Dynamax abuser, even non Dynamax mons will be able to punch big holes into it and it has to reasonably justify it existing alongside G-Max mons.

Vetoed. Council believes the combination of Adaptability, great offensive stats, Spicy Extract and coverage makes Scovillain potentially too strong to deal with. Solution is either to scrap Adaptability entirely, nerf its statline, or if you still desire to preserve the Adapt + Tera + High Stat pipeline, rework Spicy Extract and replace Earth Power with a non Fire SE option.

:stonjourner: How does it's ability interact with Max Moves? Also, main reason here is if this Pokémon is going to have a strong matchup versus D-Max and G-Max mons, it ought to have a Dark STAB that cam hit them harder than 65 BP.

:eiscue: My personal opinion, I don't see the need for hazard immunuty if its no longer gonna have the Rocks weakness, which I'd say is the main goal to the ability.

:dudunsparce: Being honest this feels more or less as good as Tauros. Main draw of Nifoking and Landorus is a) the ability to threaten most defensive cores with SE huts from its dual STAB alone, and the raw overwhelming power that its SF boosted moves have, something Dudunsparce lacks in both areas. I think if you want Sparce to succeed you may have to go back to the drawing board.

:tatsugiri: Nothing that major, I sill just remind that Tatsugiri exclusively in it's role as a hazard remover kinda sucks. It lets in Gholdengo for free, and Ferrothorn can stack Spikes or SR on it indefinitely. So if that is the role you want this to achieve it may not be in its best interest to be Fairy Dragon.

:stonjourner: Vetoed. Council is weary on Contrary Superpower in combination with its PhysDef and snow balling capabilities. One of those two tools may have to be removed from it's kit.

Two more broadly general terms - Dracovish and Walking Wake are two viable offensive Pokemon that share the same typing and similar movepools as Tatsu. Be mindful of this fact when making your Tatsu subs and think about how you can stand out as a Pokemon. And for Dudunsparce, alot of people are reworking Hyper Drill, for I can only assume is to be used. That being said, I do not think most subs really nailed that, as I find it really hard to justify running a 100 BP physical Normal Move off 100 Attack, especially when near every sub has made strides to make Boomburst more appealing of an option. That's something to note, if you are insistent on Horn Drill being a viable option, make it a worthwhile move to run in OU, where Steel types are actually viable, and passivity is a major flaw for walls in a metagame such as this one.

Giving everyone a generous 30 hours to take these notes in mind, and to also be reminded that you can still add new subs at this time (or make subs as a new submitter), they just do not receive the same grace period the current subs get.

Alright here some sub reviews.

Orangesodapop
To be clear here, the only legal subs would be Eiscue and Dudunsparce. Dudunsparce (both forms) seem very weak and hard to setup with, albeit eiscue does look especially strong. For Dudunsparce I would recommend focusing on Adaptablity since without it the mon looks pretty weak.

Yoshiblaze
No issues here, all subs look decently good as well as balanced, especially after Falinks got edited to have Technician.

PQRDG
Talked on discord.

Z-nogyroP
Note that due to being Day 1 Gen 8/9 availability Gliscor is not in the game. Besides that Dudunsparce and Stonjourner both stand out for different reasons. In general it is not a good idea to design a mon like Dudun to use a specific Tera type since it means the mon is too weak without the tera, so either it never terastalizes and remains dead weight, or teras but kills much of the team's flexibility. Would suggest redesigning the mon with either a Flying type withou Quiver, or removing Aerilate entirely. As for Stonjourner I think there is no way to save sheer force on it because of its typing and stats, so I suggest to just focus on Power Spot.

LOrd Fernado
As said in veto post this needed various changes since its stats + Adaptability are too much. 115 Spa with 100 speed is still somewhat crazy, I recommend dropping speed, perhaps to its prebuff 75 or 85.

ViZar
Like this take on support Tatsugiri, not much to add to that, just a great sub.

analysis geek
Scovillain, Falinks and Eiscue are cool, but I agree with G-luke that thanks to its new typing it no longer needs the hazard inmunity. Sheer Force Dudun could work but Imo it really wants a secondary typing that synergises with its stabs, Also I would invest those speed boosts (or at least most of them) into Attack, since that way it can be a decent Wallbreaker. If you want to change Tatsugiri's typing then it would do better as a Water Fairy spinner imo, especialy since otheriwse it gets giga owned by Gholdengo. Finally I think Stonjourner should have a different typiing than rock dark, that type loses to much or our most common dynamaxxers such as Steels, Fairies and Blastoise. Potential secondary typings could include Ground, Fighting or Steel since those might match better against the meta.

Beebos
As said in veto post Contrary Stonjourner is busted, I'd suggest to kill its spd and bulk again or remove Contrary, mostly the latter. Scovillain is kind of a worse Darmanitan with its damage output not being enough to all the chip is is taking, especially withs its low speed. Tatsugiri seems too similar from Wake and Vish, the comeback ability it has is nowhere near as strong as the tools Dracovish and Wawa have, without mentioning those two are going throught the match instead on just at the end. I'd say to rework its ability honestly.
