I'm gonna say that Genesect (which is the only BW/XY Uber with Explosion/Self-Destruct you could have just said it) be disallowed, but I'll leave the final decision to Calloflochie
Yeah, no Genesect, I'd rather this tournament have good variety than 5 mons + CB Genesect, so Genesect will be banned.
