I'd like to apologize for the lack of pictures, they weren't working for me.
I started out with my ninetales, as he has been quite good on online.
Then I needed a physical attacker, and I figured I would go with conkeldurr, as he is a monster in singles
Alakazam. Insanely fast. He is not used much, but he wrecks common threats like aegislash and the works.
To wrap up the attacking side, I went with my mega- Mawile. He is a great play rougher, and if he gets a swords dance off, and sub's up. You are in for some pain.
Next my wall. I went with my rotom -w. Overused, but for a good reason. A great wall and able to punch holes in physical attackers. Not too shabby of a attacker or volt switch either.
Mega mawile, and ninetales have no natraul healing. Umbreon is pretty great, and heal bell is a great bonus. Wish passing, toxic stalling, this guy is diverse from battle to battle.
Conkeldurr (M) @ Assault Vest
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Drain Punch
- Ice Punch
- Poison Jab
- Knock Off
This guy is amazing. Originally I smashed through walls with bulk up and life orb. But assault vest is amazing. Drain punch is a stab recovery move, and needed on him. Ice punch is for coverage. Poison jab is not that oftenly used, and could use a replacement, and knock off is a powerful move to annoy assault vest users, life orbs, berries, and other items that can make or break a Pokemon. Can't decide between life orb and assault vest though.
Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 Atk / 248 HP / 8 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Play Rough
- Iron Head
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
An amazing Pokemon. Quite frail though, but makes up for it if it can get play rough off. His attack is insane. Immunity to toxic is nice, and forces switch out for stalkers. Swoerds dance is for setting up, and sub is to hide from powerful attacks. Iron head is a great stab move, and is definitely the best steel move he has to offer.
Alakazam @ Life Orb
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Recover
- Shadow Ball
- Psychic
- Hidden Power [Electric]
Kind of a speedy special attacker. My team is slow for the most part, but this guy is a speed demon. The recovery is great, shadow ball is for coverage, and psychic is for stab. Hidden power electric surprises people, because they expect ice or fire. I was thinking, but electric seems to fit the best. Let me know if it should be changed.
Rotom-Wash @ Chesto Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 SAtk
Calm Nature
- Will-O-Wisp
- Hydro Pump
- Volt Switch
- Rest
My wall. He halves attack of attackers with will o wisp, and already soaks up special attacks like a sponge. Rest stops him from ever going to low. The evs help that too. Hydro pump is required, but I love killing infernapes with it. Volt switch is to get out of tough situations, or just a stab move in general.
Umbreon @ Sitrus Berry
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 SDef / 252 HP / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Toxic
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell
This is one of my favorite Pokemon. A toxic stalker and a healer, he excells at both. The sitrus berry is quick to go, as wish+protect have healing handled. Great defenses, and passes his wishes to mawiles in need. He just is a great Pokemon, and my favorite healer.
Ninetales (F) @ Leftovers
Trait:Drought
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Flamethrower
- Solar Beam
- Hypnosis
Never seen this set before. If I can OHKO it, then I use the power of the sun to fuel my power. If not, hypnosis, then get one or two nasty plots in, and use his super speed to sweep. The problem is, once the sun is gone, ninetales is soon to follow, ive thought of sunny day, but it is a waste of a turn sometimes.
