After some investigation of reported cheating by
Scraftionite, I have decided to sadly, also ban and disqualify
Scraftionite from the ADV 1v1 Ladder Tournament.

After not showing up on ladder for a few days, (understandably so as Scraft was No.1), he decided to hop on ladder and proceed to win these games back to back (the first 2)((obvoiusly while winning a game in between as you cannot match twice in a row), and then an hour or two later, match with with the exact same alt, who previously during the week was NOT locked
(proof), and perosnally I can confirm they weren't as I played them quite a few times. Notice the exact Elo fluctuations between each game
With the shakiness of Scraft's past, the state of his laddering, and basically NUMEROUS confirmations something went on, I feel icky letting something like this slide.
Furthermore, I'd like to publically apologize for how I dealt with the
eblurb situation, on Smogon and on certain discords, I went over the top and confused justice with bullying. While cheating is wrong and will always be wrong, no matter if its "cool", easy to get away with, or everyone else is doing it, do not follow my lead and use it as an excuse to bully someone, which is in a way, cheating them.
Either way, congratulations to
Urfgurgle for filling the 4th slot, and
PA from the alt A1LTPO persona for being our new Cycle 1 substitute.
