The annoying team: Don't Move

My team uses parafusion+flinch a lot with bulky pokemon switching in and then crippling stuff with T-Wave and Confuse Ray and flinching moves. It also includes the annoying subseed and curselax stratergies.

Azelf@Choice Scarf
EVs:252HP 252Sp.A 6spe Timid nature
Trick
Stealth Rock
U Turn
Fire Blast

Stealth Rocks aren't essential on this team but I put them down if I can. Trick scarfing is the main purpose of this as while it is a common stratergy, it's not all that Azelf can do so it may be a surprise. U Turn gets Azelf out and Fire Blast hurts 'Zong and causes most damage.

Regigigas@Leftovers
EVs:252HP 252 atk 6def Impish nature
Thunder Wave
Confuse Ray
Zen Headbutt
Return

Very bulky with 252HP evs and >100 base defenses. This allows it to swith in on a lot and be the first Parafusion utiliser. Zen Headbutt is useful due to it's flinch rate and return is a strong attack once Regigigas gets its act together. Offense is completely walled by Spiritomb obviously.

Togekiss@Leftovers
Evs:252HP 252Sp.A 6Sp.D Modest nature
Thunder Wave
Air Slash
Aura Sphere
Roost

Evs basically make it a special version of Regigigas but it is slightly different with Paraflinch rather then Parafusion. It is bulky enough to take a hit so it never dies with a paralysed opponent. It has a high special attackstat so it's serene graced air slash does notable damge whilst causing flinch(60%chance)

Shaymin-S@Leftovers
Evs:40HP 252Sp.A 218Spe Timid nature
Substitute
Leech Seed
Seed Flare
Air Slash

This is my best chance against some walls as it can Subseed them, reduce their Sp.D to -6 and flinch them. It definitely fits the annoying trend with subseed and 60% flinch. It has 40HP EVs so it's divisable by 16 and while it's not bulky enough to take many hits, it switches in on ground type moves and only its subs take the hits. (Ev spread could be changed)

Rotom-S@Leftovers
EVs: 252HP 252def 6Sp.A Bold Nature
Thunder Wave
Confuse Ray
Air Slash
Shadow Ball

3rd Thunder Wave, 3rdAir Slash, 2nd Confuse Ray. Most is explained above so not much detail here other then the fact that this focuses more on the physical defense. Shadow ball doesn't pack much punch so it'll probably be changed to thunder bolt for the higher BP.

Machamp@Leftovers
EVs: 252HP 80Sp.D 196def(I think) Adamant Nature (NO GUARD)
Sleep Talk
Rest
Earthquake
Dynamic Punch

My answer to the almighty Heatran and Tyranitar with earthquake and dynamic punch landing 4X effective hits Other then that it spreads confusion and doesn't die in a hurry.

i think with a subseeder you dont want max HP because than the hp you get from leech seed isnt as much as one who doesnt have 252 hp evs

also curselax evs
252 hp 252 spD 4 def

it doesnt need 252 def because curse will pump it up

Well, it certainly seems annoying, for sure.

My only suggestion, for further annoyance, is to replace Aero with a Trick Scarfer (Azelf seems good, as he can also set up rocks).

Not giving Aerodactyl a sash is a bad move. All you need is a scarfed lead or a priority move to take you down. Thief just isn't that great a move in general.

Regigigas should be Impish, not bold.

You may have some problems with ScarfTran, because he can revenge kill your shaymin with HP Ice, and outspeeds your team. Maybe entertain putting earthquake on one of your guys. Snorlax would take a special hit the best.

on snorlax consider adding a little bit of defense evs so that you can set up on physical attackers easier
168 HP / 120 Def / 220 SpD is suggested in the analysis and gives maximum defensive prowess

Short but sweet rate

You have a massive Tyranitar weakness. CB Versions can pretty much spam Crunch or Stone Edge, both of which hurt this team heavily considering you have nothing to resist both of those attacks and a large majority of your pokemon cannot do much back other than relying on luck (See Snorlax, Rotom and Regigigas, also note that Alzef can really only U - Turn which still gets hit hard by pursuit). It can also live a Skymin Seed Flare as well. Other Tyranitar versions can also be problems (DD Tar and Boah are notable for this) but that's really only if you let them set up. To remedy this, I suggest a 100% Tyranitar counter over Regi (Regi in general is garbage, too much risk and not enough reward) Restalk Machamp. This gives you a crucial Rock and Dark resist, while also contributing to team synergy by providing confusion inducing Dynamic Punches that become even more effective with Paralysis about.

Hopefully that helped!

I beat a team with a Tyranitar once. Yeah, you're right but I'll have to maker big changes to fix the problem. Might add:

Hariyama@Life Orb
EarthQuake
Close Combat
Others

Hmmm, the reason I suggested Restalk Machamp was to give it some longivity in battle. Your Hariyama will get worn down very quickly with LO recoil, SS damage and no recovery move. Also Machamp is much preferable over Hariyama, since it fits in with accomploshing the team's goal (It spreads confusion) unlike the big sumo.

Just to say

1) I second the Machamp.
2) I'd suggest body slam on Togekiss to paralyse Ground types.
3) Iron Head Jirachi outclasses Regigigas In My Opinion.

Jirachi @ Lefties

Iron head,
Body Slam/Twave,
Signal Beam,
Zen Headbutt.

But Jirachi doesn't get 2-3 kills with return after getting its act together which Regigigas can. Also, Machamp will be added over Snorlax.

Water pulse over aura sphere, you loose coverage but you can confuse the opponent way more annoying! Good luck with the team! B-)

Aura Sphere is staying. I'm not great against steels with Rotom+Regigigas+Skymin walled completely so I need the fighting coverage rather then a 4th confusion inducer.
