Actually, you don't need to clone the Tornadus, just the straight trade for Victini, the person I was talking to about cloning it can take care of it now.
That'll make it quicker. I'll try to have that done soon. Hopefully by tomorrow (I'm going out soon so cloning isn't in the time frame)

Alright, how would you verify it for its IV exactly? I used metallic IV calculator and that's all I got. It's lvl 10 so I can't really pin point it's stay exactly.
I would just take it to the Battle Test and use that to find it's lv. 50 stats. But I need to confirm them myself, no offense, but you're new and I don't trade over my pokemon to people without a history until I know I'm getting what was advertised.
