also doesn't this normally work where the loser (or winner idr) bans something each round? seems like things would get more hectic that way haha.

I had originally thought that we'd be left with too little stuff for anything decent and sorta threw this together in a few minutes anyway, while it seems that would work now there's already certain asymmetries like subs' bans won't go into effect until r2 that I'm not going to bother

Also you can ban something else if you'd like, rotom was originally banned but that was removed since levitate, its only legal ability, was banned anyway
