Really? People told me that the Pixies were disallowed from the tower. I'll change that back then.

The decision about Shaymin-S and the Plat moves was more of my decesion. Plat moves are allowed, but for sake of tier changes, I'm not going to allow either Shaymin or Shaymin-S because they fall in the boat of Celebi and Jirachi.
