i fail to see how "planting a bomb" counts as transporting it, planting quite literally means placing it down where it is and typing numbers into it. clearly you are unknowledgeable about how bombs work and thus i am innocent

Roughly 10 months ago I had a $50 seat belt fine that I did not pay. Through a combination of fees / penalties it accrued to a little under $500 and the cops came and bust my door down with a warrant and arrested me and sat me in jail for a week.

Transporting = placing it down, in my mind. It has to get there somehow, no?

Regardless, if you are saying that someone else is transporting the bombs for you, you are still guilty by activating them. I'm sure the aforementioned agencies will give you a reduced sentence for divulging information on your co-conspirator.
