I don't believe you can find me "evidence" that God cannot exist.

And Brain - it is that trivial. The Biblical "god" is anything that you value the most. This becomes your god. Your life centers around it. This "religion" forms the basis of your worldview. Yes, it is true that "god" doesn't have to be alive/omniscient, etc etc, according to this definition.

No atheist may center their life around their "lack of belief" (because it's absurd to do so), but they'll find something else to center their life around. It may not be a formal "organized" religion, or any organized belief, but in the end, it's the same.

Hell if you go with that route I'm going to claim I'm not religious either :)

About "weak atheist"... a "weak atheist' wouldn't even care about the question at hand so that's irrelevant.

Imagine a man who has never, ever heard of any concept of God. That man would lack a belief in God and hence would be an atheist.

This is not true. Clearly nobody ever told primitive humans about gods, and yet it is very clear from their remains that they worshipped some form of god/s.

That doesn't mean any human, in the absence of the concept of God, is going to make it up. We also do not know if the first primitive humans to talk about a deity actually believed in it. It could be that some smart humans made up gods to exploit their peer's credulity and their fraud was spread around by people who didn't know any better. Gods don't appear overnight, that's for sure.

Furthermore, primitive society is very different from modern society. The concept of a God fundamentally stems from trying to explain things, like lightning, that is beyond one's comprehension. In that light, it does seem like it would be harder for someone educated who lives in a modern society and has never heard of the concept of God to just make up that concept. He or she would see no use to it.
