Actually, I miscalculated. It does 116.72% - 137.20% to Infernape.

Pretty much Obi's without Toxic. CM instead to stat up so your attacks do so little that when the damage adds up, I can just Wish it away. Flamethrower SE.

Taunt so you are forced to attcak with those not-very effective moves. Manages to pull off as many dragon dances as it wants and proceed to sweep with SE.

Since that Tyranitar lacks Surf, Hippowdon can come in on impunity, as T-Tar does laughable damage with just 152 Atk EVs(who in their right mind gives a T-Tar max Defense?), and Hippo can tear that T-Tar to shreds with EQ.

Walled. A wtf set. The goal is to take LO damage and Rest it off. Giving 2 free turns of no PP wastes... And the attacks have tons of PP, so even with Pressure, Mantine will win the struggle war...
