Well, Lum Berry only works once. And Umbreon can certainly survive long enough to Yawn again and heal itself.

Last move depends on your prefered method of beating Lax. Steel Wing if you want to beat it with brute force / stall. Rock Smash to lower defense and hit SE (still does less damage than Brave Bird) and to hit Maggie. Whirlwind for the easy way out, but you get raped by Magnezone (as does Steel Wing).
