Will always 2HKO Bulkynite with a Screen up.
Yawn either forces a switch or means you won't be able to Roost off the damage.
Takes at most 22.85% - 26.88% from STAB Draco Meteor.
Bulkynite takes about 44.29% - 52.09% from an Ice Beam from an Empoleon with those stats behind a Light Screen, so a 2HKO is impossible once Leftovers are factored in.
Meanwhile, Roosting also halves the amount of damage Draggy takes from Ice Beam, as well as healing him. Flamethrower does 20.70% - 24.46% provided he didn't use Draco Meteor before, meaning that even though Empoleon'll probably still win in the end, Draggy can still stall for time.

Empoleon Yawns Swampert on the turn it Curses. Earthquake is still a 2HKO without a Curse Boost, and Swampert could pull it off provided Empoleon doesn't Yawn on the switch, which, for the purposes of this game, we're going to assume it isn't. 'course, he's gonna be sleeping after the second EQ.
How come my Gyarados was ignored despite the fact that it came first and was the better counter?
