SR / Spikes is down and Zam just came in on a DP.

I think one of the original rules in this thread was to assume that there was NO stealth rock, spikes, or weather on the field. The only pokemon that could bring weather would be tyranitar and abomasnow. So, focus sashes do work in this game because of those reasons.

No, with Calm Mind, Infernape cannot survive Thunderbolt. However, he may survive an Ice Beam, which is what people willl probably be using on the switch in case of Ground types or Electivire.
 
If blissey calm minds on the switch I'll kill it on the next turn with close combat. I'm faster, if it doesn't kill me on the switch in I will just kill it the next turn with close combat.

Actually, if Infernape switches in while bliss is calm minding then it's over for blissey.

Toy, do you think you could put a nature and an ev spread on the pokemon that we can not Assume for? I'm not sure if your running max att/max speed, or a little bit of both attacks, or hell a little bit of hp, due to leftovers.

I assume you mean Lava Plume and not FB.
And I didn't think all this was sequential so I didn't take Flash Fire into account.

As for Leftovers, Lava Plume (no FF) does just under half. Machamp dies to two Lava Plumes and a burn but lives for two turns if he has lefties. Alright, enough of that.

You know there is no true counter to the SpecsLuke, only situational counters. I could also have said Spiritomb, Bliss, Cress, or Gyarados but each has it's own weak.

A bulky Gyarados with EQ would probably be the one I could recommend but then I've seen people go HP Electric just for his scaly ass. =X
