Will someone please play ubers with me?

Comes in taking little damage with its monstrous HP and SpDef, limiting your fire power (pardon the pun) with the rain. Starts hitting you with Water Spout (unless you really cripple me with Dark Pulse somehow) knocks out your subs to the salac, and then kills you. You didn't specify a nature, so I'll assume your Modest, so we don't tie in speed after your salac boost.

No, no. To be a counter, you also need to safely switch in. This guy will die on the switch in by a large margin.

Better, but Damage: 46.22% - 54.36% is a possible 2HKO. If Blissey's lucky, it can continually Softboil until Water Spout's PP runs out.

About Arceus having no counters, its OK for this game because you would see what form it is and all of it's moves. When you know this much information about a pokemon you can always find a counter. The 'lol' counter is because Arceus has so many options, you can't be prepared for all of them. In this situation, you only have to prepare for the specific one you're facing.

bah. Immune to EQ, resists Stone Edge, won't take too much from Aerial Ace. CMs up and goes for the kill with Ice Beam. Earth Power/Grass Knot gives some coverage.

...I forgot about Deoxys's shit defense in Attack Form. If you Sash it, then it'll be unbeatable.

Resists everything besides Surf and can take 2(at least) if those. KO with Tbolt.

Well, this by no means poses as an immediate threat to Regice, but the fact that Lanturn is better than immune to Thunderbolt leaves Regice with only 16 attacks- a resisted ice beam. Lanturn can hide behind substitutes while you run out of attacks. Eventually, Lanturn wins this stall war.

So, once again a counter in the fact that it comes in unharmed, stays in unharmed but unfortunetly takes a while to get the job done.

...but it's better than blissey.

If you read, then you could see that was a counter to Lapras, not Lanturn.
 
Not really sure what you are getting at. First there was Lapras, next there was Regice, and then I countered Regice because Roserade was no good.

So I countered Regice.
