Traces Levitate and OHKOs you with Ice Beam. Special attacks are sponged easily.
 
Celebi has Natural Cure, so it doesn't care. I can Leech Seed and recover more HP than Toxic takes off... Blissey gives me 89 HP per turn, and Lefties gives 25. If you want to be picky, throw in Heal Bell instead of Calm Mind <_<

if it has heal bell, then its a definet counter but if it doesnt blissey would outstall it and toxic would to 100%.. anyways..

Your focus sash would have been gone when you switched into the Machamp that you were switching in against thus I could sword dance, while you have no damaging move then night slash for a OHKO.

EDIT: The was originally meant to counter Aerodactyl, but was to slow on the post. xD Luckily it counters Weavile the same way. lol.
 
I hardly see how that Aerodactyl even counters Articuno when it cannot switch in safely. And then someone tries to counter it with Weavile, who can't switch into Aerodactyl in the same way. Focus Sash activates on whatever attack Aerodactyl uses. Weavile uses Ice Shard and does not even come close to OHKOing it, Aerodactyl attacks again and KOs Weavile.

Immune to HP and Sludge Bomb, double resists Energy Ball. Drill Peck it, use Sleep Talk when it puts you to sleep, Rest off damage when you wake up. HP Water is because Skarm's attacking moves are kind of lacking, so that's some mediocre type coverage for the switch that's coming for it.
 
with only 44 attack evs, your only doing 49% maximum to skarm with +6 attack and bodyslam. thats 43% after leftovers, so it results in a rest/ body slamming stall war resulting in a pp stall war. I don't think snorlax counts as a counter because of that
