Hello friends!
This is the first team I have ever made. Here you are:
Feel free to suggest new pokemon; I do not mind if you infringe upon my underlying color scheme.

Pink Dog on Two Legs with Ears (Ambipom) (F) @ Silk Scarf
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd,-SpAtk)
- Fake Out
- Low Kick
- Taunt
- U-turn

Usually I will Fake Out and then Taunt other leads so that i can U-Turn out and then begin to spread status with Slowbro or Clefable or set up Stealth Rocks with Steelix. Low kick is for... Tyranitar?

Golden Ghost Woman (Mismagius) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/140 SpAtk/116 SpDef
Modest nature (+SpAtk,-Atk)
- Hidden Power
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Will-O-Wisp

Mismagius really sucks. Rarely does she do anything; I already have slowbro to take fighting attacks, Altaria to take ground attacks, and Clefable to take special attacks. I am not sure what to replace her with.

Clefabulous (Clefable) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 252 HP/44 Def/212 SpDef
Careful nature (+SpDef,-SpAtk)
- Encore
- Protect
- Toxic
- Wish

This is a pretty basic set. Wish and protect paired with toxic to wear people down and to catch people who try to switch in their Arceuses. Encore stat upping moves so that i can switch to Steelix and roar them away if they get cocky and stay in.

Golden Rocks (Steelix) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sturdy
EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SpDef
Careful nature (+SpDef,-SpAtk)
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Roar
- Stealth Rock

This is the Steelix that I mentioned before. Looking at him now I'm not sure he needs all that special defense. Some attack would be beneficial to him maybe, what do you guys think? Sturdy is to catch people off guard when they use sheer cold, altough that has not happened yet. Not sure why fire fang to be honest. Scizor and Forretress would become a huge problem if they got moved down to UU, so maybe i did it just in case. His massive fangs also cripples incoming Heatrans.

Cloud w/ Golden Lining (Altaria) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Atk/252 Spd/4 SpDef
Jolly nature (+Spd,-SpAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Outrage
- Roost

This is my sweeper. Roost rarely works, may replace it with sleep talk because i don't have a sleep absorber (although maybe with burn orb my clefable could become one? discuss.) Hopefully by the time he comes out all of his counters have been taken care of.

Broseph (Slowbro) (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SpDef
Bold nature (+Def,-Atk)
- Psychic
- Slack Off
- Surf
- Thunder Wave

The idea here is to thunder wave incoming fastguys who want to outspeed "the bro". I can also choose to attack them with my psychic powers or go surfing to inflict damage upon the enemy. I can atack myself with slack off to increase my own HP while thunder wave wears down the opponent's hp. Just kidding about the thunder wave wearing down my opponents hp thing.

Hi, Welcome to UU!

Ok, so let's get started with Ambipom (just for the record, he's a monkey). As you said, Low Kick is the hit Tyranitar(? OU) so I would replace it with Pursuit. This team has a huge Subplot Mismagius weakness, and your Mismagius has no speed EVs, so using Pursuit on Ambipom is probably the best way to beat Mismagius. Furthermore, Ambipom is going to need Life Orb to kill Mismagius if it's not switching so I would use it becuase Ambipom isn't the bulkiest thing anyway, and it's the most hit-and-run pokemon ever, so you'll rarely find ourself taking a hit with it anyway. Life Orb definatley will make Ambipom better.

Mismagius is doing like nothing for your team, which has a huge SubPlot Mismagius and Moltres weakness anyway, so If you used a Choice Scarf Mismagius, you would be able to outspeed both Moltres and Mismagius and hit then with Thunderbolt and Shadow Ball respectively.

Steelix needs Rock Head becuase OHKO clause prohibits use of OHKO moves, so sturdy is super useless, but I guess it doesn't matter because your not using a recoil move anyway. Fire Fang is useless, use Gyro Ball. It still hits Steel Types hard, but now you hit Flying types super hard and have a second semi-reliable STAB. Steelix definatley needs all those Special Defense EVs so it can switch into things like Air Slash from Moltres, then you go to Slowbro and take the Fire Blast and clip it's wings with Thunder Wave.

Other than that, nice job. Very good for your first team (My first UU team had Luvdisc in it...)

Choice Scarf Mismagius is fast and hits hard without the boost...it's scarfed...Subplot would just keep him weak against other Mismagius, SubCharge Rotom, Scarftres, and Chansey (Which can stall you with Wish+Protect, unless you trick it your scarf which SubPlot can't do)
