The flaws of the US Judicial System

With the hype of the Casey Anthony case being dismissed some time ago, in which they claimed that it was an accident gone wrong when it actually was a party at the cost of her young daughter's life, there are people that are starting to question the integrity of the US Judicial System.

These thoughts get reinforced when someone who comes to work, expecting business as usual, finds out soon that they get caught in a robbery, the said employee comes to defend himself, his business & his customers, manages to do so, & guess what happens? The said employee gets sentenced to life imprisonment.

Now this is absolutely ridiculous! How can this system let a party animal for a mother just party herself away while leaving her own daughter in the wild to die from exposure, & yet, that same system would give out life sentences to people that defend themselves from people that have intentions of robbery or worse?! It just makes no sense.

Tell me, what the hell is going on with the US Judicial system?? How come they are letting hardened criminals get away with whatever they've done, & punish those people that fight back against these said criminals?!

As far as Casey Anthony is concerned. Their was no proof of a murder. Period. No matter how biased the media was against CA their simply was not enough to get her on killing the girl. No matter how much of a dumbass the family was there was not any proof. As far as the pharmacist goes, He executed that kid. Once the intruder is neutralized you cannot kill them. Hes on the ground in pain and the guy comes back and shoots him 5 more times. Yeah life in prison with parole is fair. Your entire post is just a misunderstanding of how the justice system works.

It seems the OP is more directed once again to the Anthony trial than anything else. If it was really that blatantly obvious that Casey Anthony did it

Why didn't the Jury Convict her?
Why didn't the judge override the Jury's Decision?

Once again, there was no proof of MURDER. I don't want a system which is controlled by the stupidity of an easily influential population which decides proof is negligible to convicting you.

*sigh* As much as it pains me, you do actually have some great points for once, especially the part that I've bolded in.

& seeing that you think that my post was a misunderstanding, then I'm very sure that you'll find this & this to also be a huge misunderstanding as well, which is a shame considering that I like ElPresador & his vids.

With that said, do whatever the %$*& you want with this thread. It doesn't matter anymore...
