the flower rodent's seed frenzy

So far this team has been one of the best I've ever made. I liked this team so much because Shaymin (Land form) is one of my favorite pokemon.

Team at frist glance:

In depth look:
jirachi.png

JIRACHI
Type: STEEL/PSYCHIC
Nature: Jolly (+Spe, -SpA)
Ability: Serene Grace
Item: Choice Scarf
EVs:80HP/252Atk/176Spe
Moveset:
Trick
Stealth Rock
Iron Head
U-Turn

For as long as I can remember this lead jirachi has been the best lead I have ever used. Your main goal with this lead is to criple slower leads like Bronzong and Swampert. Usually slower leads start off by using Stealthrock. Using choice scarf will force them into using the same move repedely, or they will be forced to switch. After you trick your opponent it would be best to either set up Stealth Rock, or U-turn back and switch to an advantage pokemon.

Unfortunately there are still leads that are normall faster then Jirachi, such as Weaviles, Infernapes, and Aerodcatyls. Thankfully most of the faster leads were given a weakness to steel type moves. Iron head and its 60%chance of Flinch (thanks to Serene Grace) helps OHKO or 2HKO without your opponent setting up and hazards.

vaporeon.png

VAPOREON
Type: WATER
Nature: Calm (+SpD, -Atk)
Ability: Water Absorb
Item: Leftovers
EVs:188HP/74Def/248SpD
Moveset:
Wish
Protect
Toxic
Ice Beam

I chose Vaporeon to function as my Special Wall because of its massive HP stat, respectable Special Defense stat, and its ability to heal itself. I like to switch this pokemon intoICEand FIRE type attacks seeing as how many of my other pokemon in this team are weak to them. upon heading out i use wish predicting a switchf rom my opponent, upon the next turn I use protect to regain my health back and to scout for what move my opponent will be using next.

Vaporeon maybe weak to GRASS and ELETRICattacks, but as long as the attacks are based on Special Attack, Vaporeon should be able to take the attack with at least half of it huge HP left. If you do not want it to face a voulurnable attack switch to SHAYMIN as he will resist both of those attacks.

miltank.png

MILTANK
Type: NORMAL
Nature: Impish (+Def, -SpA)
Ability: Scrappy
Item: Leftovers
Evs:252HP/252Def/6SpD
Moveset:
Milk Drink
Heal Bell
Seismic Toss
Toxic

To me Miltank is one of the best Physical walls in pokemon. This set deals the same damage to all pokemon no matter what type they are. Thanks to Scrappy you can hit Ghost types with Seismic Toss making this pokemon very useful in ticking away at pesky ghost types Blissey couldnt handle on her own. Miltank has very respectable stats as a Wall, can heal herself, and (heres the most important part) she can help support the team with heal bell.

Miltank is very valuable to this team as all these pokemon will face a lot of status enducing moves. Miltank's only weakness is FIGHTING type moves. IT would be best to switch into ZAPDOS when a fighting pokemon is sent out as he will take the attack and be able to roost the next turn.

shaymin.png

SHAYMIN
Type: GRASS
Nature: Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
Ability: Natural Cure
Item: Leftovers
EVs:252HP/6SpA/252Spe
Moveset:
Leech Seed
Substitute
Seed Flare
Hidden Power [FIRE]

So this Shaymin is my pride and joy. This shaymin just about can beat any pokemon, or at least create a problem for them. i like to send this little guy out on any pokemon that likes to use Status Inducing moves like Toxic Will-O-Wisp and Thunderwave. Use substitute right away when your predict your opponent will use one of the moves listed in the previous sentence. Afterwards just use leech seed and usually you should get enough HP to allow constant substitutes. This EV spread allows a substitute to survive any Seismic Toss and/or Night Shade. This guy will annoy your opponents move likely, but thats why I love him.

Shaymin is weak to FIRE, ICE, FLYING, and BUG. for Shaymin's FIRE and ICE weaknesses you should switch to VAPOREON. Then for Shaymins FLYING weakness you should switch to ZAPDOS. Finally you can use either ZAPDOS or SCIZOR for Shaymin's BUG weakness.

zapdos.png

ZAPDOS
Type: ELETRIC/FLYING
Nature: Modest (+SpA, -Atk)
Ability: Pressure
Item: Leftovers
EVs:252HP/6Def/252SpA
Moveset:
Thunder Bolt
Hidden Power [GRASS]
Roost
Agility

I am a big fan of bulky sweepers. This Zapdos is perfect as a bulky Special Sweeper. 384 HP with 207 Def is pretty decent. normally when someone sees this Zapdos switched in on a pokemon, they will suspect this Zapdos as a Defense Zapdos. So as they switch to pokemon to Take care of Zapdos you have your chance to Agility to raise your speed to 472 (which paired with 382 Special Attack makes this pokemon very dangerous).

Zapdos has two weaknesses, ICE and ROCK. VAPOREON handles Zapdos' ICE weakness like a champ. However, no pokemon in this team has a real "Resistance to ROCK attacks. Your best shot at countering ROCK attacks is MILTANK, she has 394 HP and 339 Def, that combo will easily live through any rock attacks.

scizormh1.png

SCIZOR
Type: BUG/STEEL
Nature: Adamant (+Atk, -SpA)
Ability: Technician
Item: Choice Band
EVs:252HP/252Atk/6Spe
Moveset:
Bullet Punch
Quick Attack
U-Turn
Super Power

This Scizor seems to work a lot better then the Life Orb Swords Dance set. Normally I use U-Turn because normally people switch into a Scizor counter so i like to deal some damage to that pokemon, then send out a pokemon to counter theres. Quick Attack should be one of the moves you use least. Quick Attack is for those Electivires and Gyarados' who are down to about 1/3 HP and you're not sure if Bullet Punch can finish the job. Only use Bullet Punch when you're sure that your Opponent's remaining pokemon wont resist it. Super Power is for Blisseys obviously. But be cautious to use it as like i said, your opponent will tend to switch to counter so U-Turn would be safer.

Scizors only weakness is FIRE so you can use VAPOREON easily to help counter that pokemon.

Please Rate my team, I would greatly appreciate it.

One note i would make is Choice Band Tyranitar could cause some big problems with this team, if it could get in, especially with Zapdos there. Here is a damage calc
604 Atk vs 339 Def & 394 HP (150 Base Power): 192 - 226 (48.73% - 57.36%)

This is a choice band ttar against your Miltank, which is a 100% 2HKO with SR + Leftovers, so this could be a large problem, and the only thing that could switch in on a Stone Edge is Jirachi, who would probably be weakened or something by that stage.

Also a Gyrados with +1 Atk/Spe could cause problems as your Zapdos does not run the defensive set, and IIRC a +1 Stone Edge [even from the bulky 100atk? will OHKO], which is why i suggest making the Hidden Power to Grass, and then making Vaporens attacks Wish/Protect/Surf/HP Electric, to counter Gyarados more effectively.

Also some touch up with the EVs,

Scizor 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 Spe
Vaporeon 188 HP / 252 Def / 68 Spe [Bold]
