At the start of the map:
- Randomize the order of :steelix:Steelix, :scizor:Scizor, :goodra-hisui:Goodra-Hisui, and :naviathan:Naviathan. This is the rotating enemy list.
- Place :tinkaton: Tinkaton on the <Tinkaton Spawn> tile.
- Place the first two (2) rotating enemies on distinct <Rotating Spawn> tiles.
At the end of each round, if the referee was the active player: Place the next rotating enemy on a <Rotating Spawn> tile. ([I]If the end of the list is reached, return to the start.[/I])
When an Enemy Pokemon would move and a path is blocked by a Player Pokemon, if that Player Pokemon currently has at least two (2) adjacent enemies, that Enemy Pokemon may move through the Player Pokemon's tile at the cost of 0 movement.
