Parker (Gliscor) (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt
- Roost

A very versatile lead. It has high speed, Taunt, and Stealth Rock which gives it domination over other Stealth Rock leads. I've given it Jolly nature to assure that it will max speed Roserade. Notable leads I have trouble with are Azelf, Swampert, and to a lesser extent Aerodactyl, the former obviously being much more prominent.

This thing is bulky and can take a hit, thus it serves as my sole counter to Lucario. It's typing gives it the upper-hand against all Zapdos and T-Wave Blissey assuming the latter does not carry Ice Beam.

Thanks to Sand Veil I almost always net the kill against purely physical Tyranitar.

Stark (Scizor) (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 198 HP/252 Atk/60 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit
- U-turn

A complete badass. I remember everyone thought Scyther already looked pretty kick ass when RBY came out, but when Scizor arrived in GSC, it was pretty much up in the air as to which one looked more cool.

Anyways, despite all of the counters in every single team, Scizor never leaves a battle empty handed. Bulk, power, priority, and scouting. It's no mistake that Scizor is the most used Pokemon in the game. I'm careful not to flash him around too much because he plays such an integral role to my team from start to finish.

Summers (Zapdos) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP/36 Spd/224 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Thunder Wave
- Roost

Specially defensive Zapdos takes hits like a champ. It can take on opposing Dos, Gengars, Heatran, the ever annoying Rotoms, and cause general rage with T-Wave all the while still completely countering Scizor.

I usually switch to Dos at the sight of an Azelf lead and Dos almost always wins the dual. If not, Bullet Punch / Pursuit finishes Azelf off.

Spr_b_g4_380.png

Frost (Latias) (F) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Dragon Pulse
- Trick

Usually gives the deathblow to other Dragons and Gyarados, even when DD'd or in the rain. I'm considering dropping Trick for Grass Knot since Swampert gives the team so much trouble. Latias originally started as a Gengar, but Latias Bulk just seals the deal between the 2.
Spr_b_g4_248.png

Banner (Tyranitar) (M) @ Babiri Berry
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 6 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Crunch
- Fire Punch
- Rock Slide
- Dragon Dance

DD Tar serves as my late game sweeper. I wanted something with bulk to fit the rest of the team and DD Tar has that along with phenomenal coverage. Babiri Berry is simply because Scizors are so rampant.

I'm having trouble running into opposing Tyranitar and Swamperts. I'm looking for alternate movesets for DD Tar so please throw some out there if you got one.

Rogers (Suicune) @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Surf
- Roar
- Sleep Talk
- Rest

Rest Talk Suicune handles all sorts of threats that would otherwise rip my team apart and serves as my status absorber. He is really the only one who can safely keep Swampert at bay assuming I'm not completely unlucky with my Resttalk. He also brings phazing to the table which allows me to combat Calm Mind Suicune among others.

Noticeable Problem Areas:
Swampert: The only thing I have that can edge Swampert out is Suicune, otherwise I am completely swept by this abomination.
Sub Calm Mind Jirachi: Not quite sure how I would deal with this thing.
Pretty much all BoltBeamers: Only 2 members of the team are resistant / neutral to the Ice Beam / Thunder Bolt combo.

I'll edit this with a full/ semi-full rate in a min..
I can fix the Swampert weakness instantly though; give Zapdos Toxic > ThunderWave.

Noticeable Problem Areas:
Swampert: The only thing I have that can edge Swampert out is Suicune, otherwise I am completely swept by this abomination.

Sub Calm Mind Jirachi: OHKOs Suicune with TBolt after CM, outruns Zapdos so no T-Wave, OHKOs Gliscor with Ice Beam so no Taunt / EQ.
Pretty much all BoltBeamers: Only 2 members of the team are resistant / neutral to the Ice Beam / Thunder Bolt combo.

Let me address this list, first and foremost, because you are weak to none of these things.

1.)Swampert is delt with through Scizor's U-Turn + Suicune's Surfs quite effectively, while it is doing nothing of any consequence back to you. Latias can beat it in a pinch, since Ice Beam only manages a 3HKO. Like I said before, Zapdos could make use of Toxic > Thunder-Wave if you still feel it gives you too much trouble.
2.)Jirachi does not, in fact, learn Ice Beam. You have the two very best SubCMRachi counters in the game; Tyranitar and Latias. If Jirachi is using Flash Cannon > Thunderbolt though, bring in Scizor, U-Turn to Latias, and go for the Trick. You should have no trouble with it.
3.)Specially defensive Scizor and Tyranitar are arguably the best switches into a BoltBeamer; no trouble here either.

Now, here's what I think:

Possible Threats:
Your biggest threat is stall, it seems to me, and even against that, you would hold your own. CroCune will give you trouble, especially is you predict wrong/have already used Trick.
Scizor gives you minor-moderate trouble, as your Zapdos is Specially Defensive Dos. If it comes in out Latias, you are taking a beating; if it comes in on Tyranitar, however, you are fine.
Any lead that beats Gliscor, causes you to pay hell later on, as he is your glue against stall, Scizor,(somewhat) Lucario, and a myraid of other threats.

Suggestions:
A possibility is changing Tyranitar to CurseTar, Zapdos to the standard Defensive spread, and Suicune to SubCMRoar, or a variation of it. This would help greatly in defending against that BoltBeam combo that you said hurts you.
I would also make Latias:
252Sp.A/180Speed/76HP
Timid
-Draco Meteor
-Thunderbolt
-Surf/HP Fire
-Trick
This helps against DDmence if your Scizor goes down, and Draco Meteor > Dragon Pulse imo.. just because ScarfTias has a hit-n-run nature about it.
I'm not going to force anything down your throat, because this is such a great team, but that's what I would do.

I literally went through multiple scenarios, trying to find a weakness to this team.. and I just couldn't find any, bar CroCune after Latias has tricked.
Tell me if anything else has given/ is giving you trouble, and I'll be happy to help.

1. Don't lead with gliscor, if only because you have nothing to handle azelf. Lead with ttar, if only for azelf.

2. Specially defensive zapdos doesn't take hits that well, being beaten by fire blast and draco meteor, and the SR weak doesn't help. Kinda redundant with gliscor too, consider using machamp over zap or over scizor for a rock resist.

3. Roar on suicune is meh without spikes, try calm mind out.

4. If you're having that much trouble with pert, hp grass zapdos is a decent pert lure.

I don't like how you don't have a rock resist. I've had players like hip and Ew tell me that gliscor is just as good as a rock resist but I disagree. It forces you to roost after you've taken a hit and that's NEVER a good thing. I would replace it with swampert.

I agree with scofield about the cune. Crocune's just one of the best pokes around and you don't really have any reason not to use it over your current set.

Run Stone Edge over rock slide on tyranitar. And @ animenagi, what's the most common poke that uses rock moves? T-tar obvioulsly because not much else is using it as its primary attack and gliscor takes on physical tyranitar much better then pert so I gotta say gliscor is just as good as a rock resist because rock resist = ttar mainly. Also replacing with pert leaves him weaker to stall. If opposing perts are still giving you trouble, CB ttar might be the way to go as it can outspeed and inflict ~40% with crunch.
