Have your pokemons become redistributable or something? Since first, I got your DW Poliwag (the OT is Alex, and I'm sure it's not Fenix's nor AlexShiny's ones since it's Bold, HP Electric and with all the egg moves like yours) from someone else in this forums. That person said it's fully redis according to the person who traded to him. Next, I'm getting another one of your DW Poliwag in Serebii, exactly the same as the one above. So, just want to ask you to make sure, has your DW Poliwag really become fully redis or was it that someone has been breaking your redis rule? -_-"
