This is so watered down that I have to go pee after reading this. Yeti is not acting like an obvious scum therefore is town. Josh is off hiking instead of scumhunting, null. Twin has been replaced by his twin because he ain't playing like I expect him to, scum. Nothing here gave me anything new, and some of it is literal repeats I have heard from others. There is no effort in pushing anyone slightly null, not even Josh when the complaint is his entire day 1 is useless for scumhunting. This is extremely passive. If the game doesn't throw me a curveball, I'm voting KoC's ass at the end of my post.

I can't refute you for being right on my game being weak. My game has been weak since Matrix and my best play since then has been the moment of brilliance I had in the Backups Exhibition at MU.

Church: You missed I said I'd be at church on Sunday in the post where I also announced my walrus reveal was being moved to Sunday. The point is making a habit of making my availability well known.

Good Point: What Proph said is exactly the kind of logic I should have recognized on my own. The only thing I'd vote Metal for is how the AvB has been padded out with screaming and insults.

Maj: I have jack all on my own rn. And I would still have had jack all if we DL'ed into NL.

Quoting: The topic was already turning back. Again. Hopefully somebody got the hint for me quoting myself that we've already said all this tuff before.

Reads have been very transparent the entire day allowing for others to easily see his stances and easily work with him. This also makes it difficult for him to falsify reads, and as far as all checks and verification has confirmed, his read progressions have not been unusual -- meeting generic baselines that I have for strong town
Where are you getting that Empoof's reads are being transparent? Sure he's showing his reads off but.. he's not really showing off his reasoning for each of those reads. The post you linked was just him giving a reasonless reads list.

Metal Sonic said:
He prompts slots that he has difficulty reading to gain a better read on them, which I rarely see scum do
You see scum rarely go "I'm waiting for X Y Z right now in order to figure out things"? Seems fairly easy to fake to me? Or do you think that scum would be pressured to take a stance NOW as opposed to wait for more information to show up?

I like Asek's posts in general but he kind of pocketed me in the Bard's College game; if I didn't check him as guilty I'd imagine he'd live a lot longer than he actually did.

. He needs more posts before I can put him as lock-town, because I haven't seen the extent of his scumgame or what he's capable of,

I think if you read like ONE town game of mine and ONE scum game of mine the differences should be pretty stark

Metal Sonic said:
His readslist was pretty good, with mostly clear stances towards most of the game's players, as well as substantiated reasoning for of them, given the time constraints
I disagree with this pretty heavily but I'm sort of giving him a daypass so yeah

so yeah, Metal Sonic, good reads list, I like it a lot, but some stuff I want you to clarify/expand on

I literally took the format of Would/n't Lynch from the champs game though... I literally did the same thing on so many levels lol.
Maybe my memory is failing me then; I pretty much kind of skimmed most of your posts and didn't read them super close until final 5 or something when your pop in/pop out became very apparent

LightWolf said:
Disagree on a lot, but I'm happy an idler is actually doing shit instead of commiting canibalism. Prophs for that.(Yes I quoted this for the pun)
tell me what you disagree on and we can talk about it!

This wagon smells, not because I don't wanna lynch DLE today(that's really only because of my experience with him), as I abhore his performance today and would gladly lynch him over it tomorrow, but in the end this is nothing but let's lynch inactives. The poor man's lynch.
I think I agree with you on this?

Even though DLE has been extremely lacking, would honestly prefer to lynch someone a little more active than him because I want to actually make people take stances on the wagon so that we have something good to read back on - as opposed to lynching a lurker which literally everyone is going to be okay with and it's a coin flip as to whether they flip town or scum

Yeah no Windows was ages ahead of knights here. I reread my read of him the day he got lynched, and his day 1 was most definetly read by me in a far more positive light. I mean I dunno what people exactly had against him, and won't go back to check, but point is if I didn't get fooled there and am here by his general town play, then A it changed enough to not be good enough evidence or B the context of the game is different enough to lead me to another path, ergo still no evidence it's directly tied to his playstyle.

I had a stupid tunnel because someone tried to abuse the anon forum features to sneak a vote into a place that might be overlooked and I thought Town wouldn't do that.

OK I'm caught up.

KnightsofCydonia - if you're town I need you to be real with me here.

1. You are currently being wagoned as someone likely to be the Day 1 lynch. Who do you think is scum on your wagon and why? Who do you think is town, and not correctly reading you, and why?

2. Why have you not played like Bard's College? In that game I was easily able to townread you D1 and thought you were so town that I neighborized you N1. I know you're better than how you're playing right now.

3. Why so much fluff this game? You have a bunch of housekeeping/throwaway posts that don't really accomplish much.

Like.. I've townread you in the past, in The Thing and Bard's College, so I know you're capable of playing well and prove yourself town if you are actually town. I've seen little of that this Day 1 besides the stuff with you looking at mindsets (which is townie phrasing but I don't remember a single meaningful stance from you)

Might be able to catch up a little more closer to deadline but going to play board games tonight and probably won't be able to hover over EoD like a drone like I normally do

if there's a wagon and I agree with it I will try to be on it prior to deadline because we need 7 to lynch

1. Metal comes off as settling for a more likely mislynch. Light seems to be the misreading Townie who thinks poor play is scummy.
I'm starting to get to the point where I doubt myself on these reads because past experience with both points contradicts current actions.
2. I'm searching my shitty memory and drawing a blank on Bard's College. The most I remember is I lurked in a quiet server at some point.
3. I do have a tendency to housekeep. I haven't made any notes or done much rereads/engagement, so I kinda fell back on housekeeping since not having a D1 NL is important and at least I'm doing something.

how'd you come to an obv town read on me on page 16, when I literally just posted "yooo I'm a town ascetic" then left

Also can you answer my questions about your reads list from earlier? Metal Sonic quoted it in his big reads post if you need to find it.

Thanks! Sorry to add more work on your plate if you're in the midst of catching up :/
Who goes balls to the wall on claiming town ascetic 5 minutes into the game as scum

You come off as the kind of person that would be way more cautious as scum

KnightsofCydonia

So you think Metal Sonic is scum, then? If you're doubting yourself on both of those reads, then.. have you made progress on revamping/changing them? I want to get some insight into your thought process here.

This is a invitational game. We are 100% never going to have a Day 1 no lynch. The fact that you're concerned about it is baffling but it could probably just be that you've played mafia differently than how I have, if that makes sense?

Poor play isn't scummy, actively avoiding putting forth meaningful content instead focusing on an entirely reactional playstyle that grabs at easy opportunities to post and outside of that makes meaningless comments at such a regular pace is not poor play. Poor play is MS's Josh obessesion without regards to the game's progression or Josh's inability to not be baited into argument fests by MS and then his inability to shut that down. Those I am not going after as allignment indicative despite complaining.

As I said this ain't the Windows I know. This is likely Windows 8.0

Well, any competent scum player who rolls Ascetic for starters
this is a good point honestly that I didn't think about; DLE, what makes you think I wouldn't be scum ascetic and instantly claim town ascetic, out of curiosity
