I’m okay with “fake” red checks if they do turn out red after all
Unfortunately problem is that most of the players who do the fake red checks happen to be trash, and thus cannot do it properly. It’s a sample size fallacy

My lynch still works with the plan. it's obviously suboptimal because it is one less confirmed town from my pov but it is still a massive plus equity.

I need to know who they are today unless every single player in the game posts "if I am a watcher or a doctor I am targeting josh tonight", and "if i am FV i am targeting josh tonight". obviously, that's suboptimal and helps scum a ton because they're safe to do whateer but that is the only way I am alright with fv not ckaiming. yes, that's a lot worse for town. make my life easier if they claim. but, knowing who they are secretly still works.
