Hello and welcome to the Modern RAINBOW Tournament! Each round the players will follow the color that i post. Here is an example:

Red

All pokemon must be this specified color. Shiny's and Ubers are not allowed and you must follow smogon standard tier. Pokémon with multiple forms, such as Wormadam and Shellos, are categorized into their most common form's color.

"All non-official tournaments that don't have a specifically approved sign-up method will use First Come, First Serve for the first 62.5% of the players, and then the host must randomize amongst the remainder of signups for the last 37.5%."

i randomized the last 24 players and its a tournament with 64 players, if you want you can read Tournament Rules
