Hi. I accidentally used Kyogre when i wasn't supposed to. to be fair, it isn't very clearly listed that my team couldnt use it. My opponents are trying to be bitches and claim they can take the win, even though not a single turn was played. i do know his team, though. ruling?

Sea el argumento que sea en contra de poeta, el error era de Danilo y no hay duda de eso, y vio el equipo de poeta, si se cambia la fecha de la batalla, el pasará a tener la ventaja, este error podría costarle el resultado. Si se llega a una conclusión, que este a favor de poeta.

Y para que conste, yo ni hable del tema, de que Danilo estaba en una charla con un moderador, y aceptaron la solución de EL, y no una hecha por ellos mismos, que son los moderadores. Favoritismo, ¿dónde?

I don't understand you, but there is no reason why Danilo cannot just play the game without using Kyogre.

No te comprendo, pero no hay un razón por que Danilo no puede jugar el juego sin uso Kyogre.
 
No hablare en ingles, lo que Danilo hace es ridiculo, si esto no se soluciona de otra forma. En todas mis batallas, pondré un Pokémon BANEADO y lo sustituire por algo que me funcione de igual forma. Y quizas le haga retoques a mi equipo, para tener la ventaja, y ganar.

Porque, eso es lo que esta haciendo el ahora, no?

A pesar de todo, podría tener jugar con el team y no cambiar Kyogre nunca. Si Kyogre es phazed en juego, lo podría cambiar a fuera y funcionaría como un Politoed. Eficazmente, no Kyogre, y decidiría este para todo team.

Ok, Politoad no es Kyogre, me quedo claro ahora que me lo explicas tu..Ahora que me has enseñado a saber más de Pokémon, me podrías decir que pasará con la pelea?
Una solución, es que Danilo juegue con un team usando de obligación a Politoad y Excadrill. Y poeta con un team normal, siguiendo las normas de Excadrill on y Kyogre ban. (Cambiando a nueva fecha la batalla, cuando sea que jueguen)
Si esto no te parece, comprovaré que estas a favor de Danilo, y apruebas su error, al no leer las reglas.

normally it's an easy win to el poeta since i explicitly said so in the restrictions but eo called it soooooooooooooooooooooo hang on

ok i misread eo's call (thanks vinc bby for helping me out)

Danilo and el poeta will play the game again, same teams. Danilo may NOT use Kyogre. You might as well just remove it from your team. The starting matchup will be Danilo 5-6 el poeta.


TAKE 5 MINUTES TO READ THE RULES. THEY'RE THERE FOR A REASON.

As I said, normally it's a DQ to Danilo. Make sure you get the restrictions right.
