So while Taunt can ease setup against defensive mons, most Pokemon expect you to carry it and wont necessarily go for the status or support move. But what happens when you come across a Lickilicky that you can't beat and its about to KO you with Knock Off? Just use Destiny Bond to take out a key member of their defensive team down with you to open a whole for another specially based sweeper.
How is that not standard misdreavus with added speed creep for kricketune and flareon?

My vote goes to whoever posts standard defensive Missy + Memento because it's probably the best one, but here's something a little more "creative":
Misdreavus @ Eviolite
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 240 Def / 16 Spe
Timid Nature
- Mean Look
- Perish Song
- Foul Play
- Pain Split / Will-O-Wisp / Taunt / Protect
Misdreavus can lure in all the bulky shit and status absorbers like Roselia, Lickilicky without DTail, RestTalk Wrath, etc and trap them before removing them entirely which is cool for its teammates. At the same time it still forces out stuff like Tauros and other physical stuff thanks to Foul Play and / or Will-O-Wisp. Pain Split keeps it healthy while Taunt prevents Roar from the likes of Avalugg, and you can even run Protect, so it depends on whether you want Missy to have better all-around utility or just be better at Perish Trapping bulky stuff. Unfortunately it doesn't do as well against offensive teams without any bulky thing to trap but this is the best way to remove bulky opponents on balance / bulky offense.

TRICKSCARFNASTYPLOT Misdreavus has a few cute things over the fellow Choice Scarf Haunter. It has the ability to cripple most of its counters such as Lickilicky and Roselia quite easily on the switch to then set up on them later in the game with incredible ease. The spread is offensive because good luck getting an Eviolite and you are also able to revenge kill -1 Carracosta because lol Scarf Misdreavus why would you Ajet that. This set is the future.
