Weezing is very poor such dedicated wall, i find pretty interesting Mixed wall Weezing paired with something like Tangela work pretty well. Specially defensive oriented can wall threats like Scolipede and Primeape while at the same time another like grass special types (Serperior / Vileplume / Simisage). Just depends on your team, Weezing is very flexible on the ev spread / nature. If you're running a more oriented physically defensive you should run Wisp for sure while if you're running a more specially defensive Weezing or mixed wall with a evs investiment on both sides you should run Fire Blast / Sludge Wave or Clear Smog. Nobody, mention Haze, is pretty good since Clear Smog cant break Substitutes and w/o Evs investiment on SpA is a bit weak.

Another interesting and very dedicated set is an Weezing Sun Utility, can check dangerous theats (sun physical sweepers / ape / sawk / scolipede / pinsir / skuntank / kangaskan etc) while at the same time can support pretty well this style of teams with: Sunny Day / Taunt / Memento / Fire Blast, Sludge or Explosion, this last move like filler depends on your weakness or another coverage move over Taunt / Memento.

reserving sub/willo/sludgebomb/painsplit will be up in ~10 mins

Smogmog @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
-Substitute
-Sludge Bomb
-Pain Split
-Will-O-Wisp
Weezing is actually a phenomenal wall in NU, especially with the new additions of scolpiede and primeape, both of which make him laugh. Substitute scolipede is a bitch though... This set allows weezing to wall every physical attacker in NU that doesn't spam bulk up, like gurdurr. Those fighters are really easy to wall with any psychic type though, and psychic types are generally good in NU. If you want to really counter gurdurr and throh, you can utilize clear smog over sludge bomb. In general sludge bomb and will-o-wisp can cover everything in NU. Sludge bomb hits bulky pokemon, while will-o-wisp burns psychic types and poison types. Substitute uniquely allows him to scout for switch ins and increases the effectiveness of pain split, by lowering his already unimpressive HP he can gain more back from behind a substitute. Weezing has a niche over garbodor or other poisons because of will-o-wisp and levitate, which let him beat earthquake users.

Instead of mentioning a few sets and possibly taking the chance of someone else using them, it would be better if you posted one of your own. You can discuss all you'd like during the voting period, but at this point it's fairer to the others if you just post one thing so that people can come up with their own ideas. :)

(Also when posting you'd need to post it in the actual set format, rather than paragraph format).

I know the correct format but i'm not interesting since or are pretty similar to the standard sets (more like a twist) and just explain why.. or pretty gimmicky and dedicated, just giving a bunch of ideas :P

Weezing @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVS: 252 Hp, 252 Special Attack, 4 Speed
Moves:
Fire Blast
Sludge Bomb
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball/Explosion
This Weezing set can suprise many opponents with Weezing's usable 85 Special Attack and Fantastic Movepool. Fire Blast, Thunderbolt, and Sludge Bomb provide great coverage. Shadow Ball can be used to hit Jynx and Haunter, although Explosion can be used to sacrifice Weezng to hit anything hard.

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 Spe
Bold Nature
-Destiny Bond
-Sludge Bomb
-Will-o-wisp
-Endure/Fire Blast

The whole point of Next Best Thing is the ability for a Pokemon to bypass its usual counters. As more of a wall and less of an attacker, it's sort of difficult to come up with a way to bypass counters; typically when a counter comes in against a wall, it is more likely to switch out to a teammate that can better handle the incoming Pokemon. This Weezing set, however, is tailored to bypass its counters by taking them down with it.

Sludge Bomb and Will-o-wisp are both there because they work. The ability to spread status is always welcomed on most defensive mons. Sludge Bomb is for obvious STAB and a nice 30% chance to poison the foe. Destiny Bond, the whole point of the set, works in conjunction with Custap Berry. It won't be hard for your opponent to whittle away at Weezing's HP since it is not carrying Black Sludge/Leftovers, so getting into Custap range is generally not all that difficult. Finally, in its last slot, Weezing can run either Endure or Fire Blast. Endure can be a cool, effective way of ensuring that you can into Custap range. The issue with this, however, is that it can be pretty easy to get around. First off, Endure tends to set off a flag in your opponent's mind that something is amiss and may cause them to play more cautiously, thus not letting you pull off the Destiny Bond. Second, it leaves Weezing at one HP, making it susceptible to priority moves. That said, if you do choose to run Endure, be sure that you play it well and try to avoid using it unless in a pinch. Fire Blast, on the other hand, is pretty standard fare for Weezing sets and gives it another strong special attack to use against opponents.

When playing this set, if you get into Custap range, it is often a good idea to save the activation for later in the game. This lets Weezing revenge kill anything on the opponent's team at any time, meaning that if one of Weezing's counters on the opponent's team is manageable by other means, you don't have to waste your Weezing in order to take it down.

All in all, this is a pretty gimmicky set, but it's not too difficult to pull off and can be incredibly effective. That said, it's truly The Next Best Thing to Weezing's standard set.

Weezing (F) @ Black Sludge
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Will-o-wisp/Sludge Bomb/Venoshock
- Fire Blast/Flamethrower
- Swallow
- Stockpile

Weezing's lack of a reliable recovery move is one its greatest down falls. This build attempts to find a moderately-reliable way to address this issue, while giving the wall added bulk and stall potential. The set can be used with Will-o-Wisp to apply pressure in the way that Weezing's sets normally do; absorbing physical attacks and spreading status, or it can be paired with a Toxic Spiker, and two attacks can be used to apply pressure to a team after Weezing has set up (though spinners and Toxic Spike absorbers of course have to be removed before Venoshock can be really useful, something that does take away from the set's usefulness).

Here's an example of this in action (Not the best battle, however it should be useful enough in illustrating the idea behind the build:
