Anyway Shaymin's movepool is kinda thin, this is legitimately the best I could come up with that still holds up in the viability department:

Shaymin @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Seed Flare
- Earth Power
- Dazzling Gleam
- Healing Wish / Psychic / Air Slash

Scarfmin. It's not your typical Choice Scarf user but Shaymin brings some of its own perks to the table: 1) the surprise factor it has to nail a number of Pokemon (mainly opposing Choice Scarf users) who think they'd get the jump on Shaymin, such as Darmanitan, Victini (ties don't exist, they're part of your imagination that doesn't believe in winning coin flips), Hydreigon, Alakazam, Infernape, Raikou, Noivern, Crobat, so on, and so forth. 2) Unlike most other Scarfers, it has great bulk all around and a fairly-decent typing, both of which it can make use of to take a blow in an emergency and still come out on top. 3) The ability to wallbreak while revenge killing/cleaning, thanks to Seed Flare's high chance of dropping the target's SpD. 4) It's incredibly freaking cute, how can you say no to that? 5) Oh yeah it also has access to Healing Wish, which works great with Choice Scarf since after Shaymin has done its job, it allows Shaymin to get the move off first and give a second life to a weakened Pokemon to take the game back into your favor.

Seed Flare, Earth Power, and Dazzling Gleam give you pretty much perfect coverage to hit everything for neutral damage if not super effective at least, missing out only on Crobat, who can be covered by Psychic if you really find it an issue. (Shaymin's also a heck of a good lure for Crobat and the guy using it will not expect you to outrun it and hit it a second time for the KO). Air Slash can be used if you hate opposing Grass-types like Roserade, other Shaymin, etc. but they're better left up to other Pokemon in most cases.

The big draws to this set that make it stand out from just any regular set are the surprise factor and its access to Healing Wish. Take advantage early-game by knocking out a slower Scarfer/mon who typically outspeeds but isn't wearing a scarf with the appropriate move to make your opponent hold their head in frustration. Mid-game, use Seed Flare to soften things up so Shaymin can wallbreak (or so its partners can wallbreak) after a SpD drop has been inflicted. Late-game, unleash Healing Wish (if you opt to use it) to bring one of your Pokemon back in the game to wrap things up. Very simple, bruh bruh.

Pro Tip: Add some Stealth Rock/prior damage with this set while you're at it

Bear in mind this section explains how Shaymin, when healthy, can take priority moves/neutral-hitting STAB moves from most of the mons it targets and still win against them one-on-one.

252+ Atk Life Orb Honchkrow Sucker Punch vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Shaymin: 183-216 (53.6 - 63.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Support Shaymin to the rescue!

Shaymin @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 180 Def / 76 Spe
Bold Nature
- Tailwind
- Healing Wish
- Aromatherapy
- Seed Flare / Leech Seed / Safeguard / Synthesis / Toxic

I didn't realize so many mons get Tailwind

With the given EVs, Shaymin can switch into a Scarfshao's HJK and take another to set up Tailwind, with just enough speed to outspeed it (and every other scarfed 105 that doesn't exist) the next turn.

252 Atk Mienshao High Jump Kick vs. 252 HP / 180+ Def Shaymin: 159-187 (39.3 - 46.2%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Stealth Rock and Leftovers recovery

Last slot is up to personal preference - Seed Flare's there as an attacking move, Leech Seed is Leech Seed, and Safeguard can help protect against status so your Lucario can slap their Sableye around or something. Synthesis keeps the little ball of grass healthy and Toxic is to wear down bulkmons.

Alternatively, you can run 212 defense and 44 speed to outspeed scarfed 100s after a tailwind, which is probably a better idea because the extra bulk actually helps you survive a lot more.

252+ Atk Life Orb Lucario Close Combat vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Shaymin: 187-220 (46.2 - 54.4%) -- 4.7% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Life Orb Infernape Flare Blitz vs. 252 HP / 212+ Def Shaymin: 328-385 (81.1 - 95.2%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery

This is probably terrible and I have no idea how to use Shaymin "creatively"

By the way, /ds healing wish, tailwind only returns Latias and Smeargle. Smogon pls fix

Anti-Stall Shaymin FUCK STALL

Shaymin @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 16 Def / 208 SDef / 32 Spe
IVs: 0 Atk
Calm Nature
- Substitute
- Leech Seed
- Seed Flare
- Toxic / Synthesis / Rest

252 HP = 101 Subs. Blissey now can't break sub with S-Toss. 32 Speed outspeeds everything speed creeping max speed adamant honch. 208 SDef investemnt with a calm nature means that Florges doesn't break sub with pathetic Moonblast and the rest are dumped in to Def, oh and Umbreon's/Sableye's Foul Play doesn't break sub. Sub because you avoid status and eat up 2 S-Tosses in 1 sub. Leech Seed lets you heal, it's especially good against shit like Blissey and Mola. Seed Flare means you kill Blissey and Florges with SpD Hax (:]) and the last move is your choice. Toxic wears down Florges and Blissey faster while gives you a free turn while they Aromatheropy/Heal Bell. Synthesis for consistent recovery while Rest for massive recovery and to absorb status better, but requires you to sit 2 turns or switch. This thing also eats up Volt Switches :].

Relevant calcs:
Stall:
Blissey Seismic Toss vs. 252 HP Shaymin: 100-100 (24.7 - 24.7%) -- guaranteed 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
4 SpA Florges Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Shaymin: 84-100 (20.7 - 24.7%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
4 SpA Aromatisse Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Shaymin: 76-91 (18.8 - 22.5%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
0- Atk Umbreon Foul Play vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 79-94 (19.5 - 23.2%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 Atk Sableye Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 82-97 (20.2 - 24%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
4 Atk Forretress Gyro Ball (58 BP) vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 58-69 (14.3 - 17%) -- possible 9HKO after Leftovers recovery
0 SpA Mew Psyshock vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 85-102 (21 - 25.2%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
4 Atk Swampert Earthquake vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 57-68 (14.1 - 16.8%) -- possible 9HKO after Leftovers recovery
4 SpA Porygon2 Tri Attack vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Shaymin: 67-81 (16.5 - 20%) -- possible 7HKO after Leftovers recovery [Ice beam breaks sub but yeah w/e]

And also obviously Scalds from Swampert, Empoleon, Suicune, Milotic, Slowbro, etc. don't break sub.

Some Bulky Offensive calcs:

252+ SpA Mega Blastoise Ice Beam vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Shaymin: 166-196 (41 - 48.5%) -- guaranteed 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252 Atk Krookodile Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 16 Def Shaymin: 145-172 (35.8 - 42.5%) -- 94.5% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery
252+ SpA Mold Breaker Mega Ampharos Dragon Pulse vs. 252 HP / 208+ SpD Shaymin: 136-162 (33.6 - 40%) -- 30.8% chance to 3HKO after Leftovers recovery

Enjoy decimating stall with this mon alone as long as it doesn't have Roserade

Kitten, I wanna vote for you, I really do.

The rational part of me is telling me to go with CoolStoryBrobat's hipster Shaymin though. Scarfed Healing Wish is probably the selling point of the set, and surprise factor is always nice.

Shaymin's also tied for fastest Healing Wish in the tier with Jirachi and Celebi (Latias is in OU).

I actually put scarf instead of specs on shaymin once (and I think it was against kitten where I discovered this mistake). The novelty sort of wore off when the thing failed to KO nape with Psychic. I will forever hate it.

I'll go with Colbrushie since Tailwind is pretty cool.

Mew @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 80 SDef / 176 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Substitute
- Bulk Up
- Zen Headbutt
- Knock Off

Sub + BU Mew. Swords Dance is for pussies that skip leg day. Max HP = 101 HP Subs = not broken by Seismic Toss = setting up on Blissey. With a few boosts this thing becomes a real threat. The majority of Darmanitan are Scarf, so there's not much point in EVing it to outrun that, and the next important thing are the base 90s with Lucario and Roserade. Zen Headbutt is the best physical STAB Mew has, and Knock Off as coverage beats Slowbro and gets pretty good neutral coverage, although you are walled by Dark-types. You can run Sucker Punch, but that kind of defeats the purpose of hitting Slowbro, although the synergy with Substitute and the fact that it's priority are both nice. You can also run Drain Punch to hit Dark-types, in which case I recommend using max Speed to oturun non-Scarf Hydreigon. X-Scissor is another option that hits Dark- and Psychic-types, and most of the Steel-types, the coverage move is really up to what you want. If you wish, you could eschew a coverage move altogether and run Roost to boost for longer, although then you're completely walled by Dark-types. But yeah, this set is cool.

4 SpA Slowbro Scald vs. 252 HP / 80 SpD Mew: 81-96 (20 - 23.7%) -- possible 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
+3 0 Atk Mew Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Slowbro: 236-278 (59.8 - 70.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
pretty easy to get in this scenario

Blissey Seismic Toss vs. 252 HP Mew: 100-100 (24.7 - 24.7%) -- guaranteed 6HKO after Leftovers recovery
jajajajaja

4 SpA Aromatisse Moonblast vs. 252 HP / 80 SpD Mew: 94-112 (23.2 - 27.7%) -- possible 5HKO after Leftovers recovery
+4 0 Atk Mew Zen Headbutt vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Aromatisse: 229-270 (56.4 - 66.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
so you can bulk up 3 times and kill, plus one on the switch hopefully

252 Atk Choice Band Victini V-create vs. +1 252 HP / 0 Def Mew: 246-289 (60.8 - 71.5%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery
+1 0 Atk Mew Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. -1 0 HP / 0 Def Victini: 314-370 (92 - 108.5%) -- 50% chance to OHKO
nice to beat a pretty common switch-in

etc. You get the idea.

Aww yeah, been waiting for this one. Prepare your anus for trapper Mew!

Mew @ Binding Band
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Def
Calm Nature
- Infestation
- Knock Off/Taunt
- Roost
- Will-O-Wisp

WTF does it do? This is your Sp.Def Mew with a twist. Its time to get rid of your stallbreaker Mew with Taunt, because Infestation is here to wreck havoc. The goal of this set is trap clerics and dispose of them, cripple them or drain them of a tonne of PP. Clerics just be walking along thinking they can get off a Wish heal or something on Mew and don't feel threatened by it when all of a sudden they are trapped. With the combination of Binding Band Infestation and Will-O-Wisp, it does 29% of there HP at the end of each turn, in tandem with the extra damage from Knock Off. That means you are guaranteed to be doing more damage than what a cleric can heal off with Wish. Clerics can also do next to nothing back against Mew. Seismic Toss from Blissey is a 5HKO, same with Florges' Moonblast. There are also a couple of benefits of using Infestation over traditional stallbreaker Mew with Taunt. 1) Clerics can simply switch out of Stallbreaker Mew and get the chance to heal later if Mew is not in AND 2) It beats Aromatisse 1 on 1.
This set also performs other benefits for the team in its ability to trap common Poison-Types including Roserade and the NidoRoyals very well for a team carrying T-Spikes. And even if it is not trapping Pokes, it still performs the role of being a Specially Defensive nuisance with Knock Off, Will-O-Wisp and Roost.
NOTE: you should also be running some speed creep to increase the amount of Pokemon that you can trap.

Taunt can be run over Knock Off, for guaranteed cleric/wall destruction, though loses valuable utility against offensive teams, and becomes rather big Taunt bait itself.

Replays of successful traps (I forgot the nature so it takes some hits a bit harder than what it should have when I was playing these games):

A neat little mon that can act in a capacity similar to Scarf Jirachi, but with a couple of twists. Mew's good base speed allow it to run a scarf set, and access to trick and utility moves like U-turn and Knock Off make it a great offensive (and defensive!) pivot for HO and bulky offensive teams. It's not helpless against stall like many other scarfers for the same reason. It won't do the most damage in the world, but it's a great utility mon that can catch a lot of defensive pokemon by surprise and cripple them for the rest of the match.

RowDog really we have gothorita out of the tier for two days and you come up with this shit smh ;)

i know this sounds like a cheap shot to undermine your chances of winning this but I'm genuinely interested in your set, so. what exactly can mew trap other than umbreon, florges, aromatisse, and the rare wish blissey? Unless I've got my numbers wrong, plain old soft-boiled blissey can just spam eggs until the infestation wears off. Are there any other notable offensive or defensive mons that it can trap? o:

Honestly thinking that slashing Taunt over Knock Off is good for the set so you can cut down your opponent's recovery.

Well, like I said I have been running it with Toxic Spikes, and it works well to eliminate both the Nidos and Roserade, who might think they can get up hazards before they switch and means that they lose their grounded Poison-type too for your T-spikes. Unfortunately it can't trap Rapid Spinners though because Rapid Spin frees from infestation, otherwise there would be much more.

Otherwise it catches a lot of miscellaneous shit here and there, Trevenant, things like Swampert not carrying Roar etc. Granted it isn't quite as good as the Shadow Tag users or anything, and admittedly it generally can't outright beat Blissey, but considering I run a stall team it really helps in draining PP quite well (if I had a 5th moveslot I'd be running Spite lol) and dealing a respectable amount of guaranteed damage. Even on the switch you can hit something for min 17% damage with Infestation.

And one of the great things about the Mew set is it doesn't necessarily have to properly trap something to be effective, as it still beats all of the other Pokemon which Specially Defensive Mew normally beats, it just has the added utility of catching quite a few other Pokemon off guard, and when you are dealing 29% damage at the end of each turn, it hurts a lot of defensive Pokemon and just really any Pokemon.

Mahmudkipz I might slash Knock Off with Taunt, and will trial it atm, to make the ultimate stallbreaker >:D

Well knock off always has the added utility outside of trying to break stall since no mon really wants to lose their item. So I guess it would be the trade off of losing added utility VS a more specialized niche.
