The Support:

Jessica (Chansey) (F) @ Eviolite
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 SDef
Bold Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Thunder Wave
- Seismic Toss
- Soft-Boiled
(Notes: My set-up pokemon, as well as wall: chansey. Chansey is great for setting up rocks, as well as dealing some hefty damage with seismic toss. t-wave is to be able to paralyze threats faster than chansey, and to dent their speed in the team. Soft-Boiled is a great reliable recovery, and is helpful for stalling out other threats.

530.gif

George (Excadrill) (M) @ Air Balloon
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Spd / 68 Atk / 4 HP / 184 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Swords Dance
- Rapid Spin
- Rock Slide
(Notes: Here is one of my physical sweepers, and mostly support. Being excadrill gets amazing resistance to Stealth Rocks, and with air balloon allows easy switch-in without worrying about sticky web/spikes. The air balloon also lets me switch in when hazards are up. For example, my terrakion encounters a hippowdon running equake. I'd switch in, get the free switch in due to balloon, and be able to pull off a spin, and a short sweep with swords dance and equake/rock slide depending on the target.)

The Physical Sweepers:
scizor-mega.gif

Danielle (Scizor) (F) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
(Notes: Here is my chosen mega, and main sweeper. Scizor is great for a few things: its gift of bullet punch w/ STAB and technician, bringing just that at high rates. Mega Scizor also gets reliable recovery with Roost, and bug bite, crippling dark and psychic types. Swords Dance is great for when they're forced to switch, and I can get off a boost. It is also good against a physical opponent, being I will normally survive a hit, I can destroy with it.)

639.gif

Alex (Terrakion) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake
- Close Combat
- Quick Attack
(Notes: Here is my Banded physical sweeper, terrakion. Terrakion has the gift of amazing speed, and it can run well with scarf. Stone Edge is my preferred rock-type STAB, as well as Close Combat. Quick Attack is for when I switch Terrakion in on a weakened opponent, to get a quick kill if I don't outspeed. Earthquake is to get more wide-spread coverage overall.)

The Special Sweepers:
greninja.gif

Susan (Greninja) (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Extrasensory
(Notes: Here is Susan, the ninja frog of death. Greninja is great with Protean, being it gets STAB on everything. Also, it can do some great damage with the chosen moveset. I prefer Hydro Pump, being it hits hard, and since Greninja can't take a hit Greninja needs to kill its opponent immediately. Ice Beam is to counter grass types and bulky dragons, as well as overall coverage. Dark pulse is for overall coverage, and extrasensory is to destroy bulky fighting types such as conkeldurr who pose as a threat to my team.)

642.gif

Melvin (Thundurus) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Thunder Wave
(Notes: Here is my early game special sweeper, Thundurus. Thundurus gets the gift of prankster, allowing me to set up Nasty Plot and Thunder Wave with priority. After setting up rocks, and dealing some damage already with seismic toss, Thundurus can be a huge threat. Also, it can support other pokemon with t-wave giving my team a speed advantage in the late game. HP ice is to hit bulky dragons and grass types, as well as overall coverage. )

Extra Notices: Ferrothorn plays a very small role on my team, and I would like him replaced by something that fills his role better. This is one of my weak spots. Another weakness, is my dependence on Excadrill to be able to spin. Excadrill has a lot of weaknesses, and on switch in is most likely killed. Being my team could be very vulnerable to hazards, this may need adjustments as well.

Here are my initial thoughts:

Offensive Weaknesses - You've got nothing that can hurt fighters, this is your biggest weakness in my opinion. I would see if you can fit in a psychic move somewhere. I think you'll have a similar issue with Darks like Umbreon and M-Absol because your only coverage against it is X-scisor. Also your pretty weak to Dragons too because your only coverage there is HP ice which doesn't really hit very hard. Here you'e facing Charizard X, Garchomp, Goodra, and a few more. You've also got a steel attack on 5 of your 6 mons. I don't really think that is necessary, but the upside is you should be able to get rid of 1 or 2 for other coverage moves.

Defensive weaknesses - You are all out offense except for ferrothorn. I think you need to balance out a little unless you want to run some kind of screen set. Again, 3 of your mons are weak against fighters. 3 are also weak against fire. So much steel is hurting you. You're also running so many set up moves on a otherwise fragile team. I think you need to just diversify a little.

Suggestions: I think you can dump ferrothorn. Try a defensive mega venusaur instead. I think you'll find he will be a good pivot while you switch between offenses. Since that removes your mega, perhaps you could swap Scizor out for something to help out with your fighting weakness. Maybe a bulky flying type to get a little more defense. Togekiss comes to mind, which also lets you keep thunderwave on your set, and gives you access to fairy moves to help with dragons. So now that you have a little bulk, we can re-visit your offense. Since you lost ferrothorn, switch steal rock to excadrill. I dont think he needs sword dance personally. He's going to kill something or he's not, if you sword dance he'll get 2 shot by something faster. I think the Keledo/Terrakion combo is redundant. Terrakion seems more legit to me. Perhaps try switching Keldeo for a Grenina. He has so much awesome coverage. Here are a few sets For you to try.

M-Venusaur for Ferrothorn.
Venusaur @ Venusaurite
Ability: Overgrow
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Calm Nature
- Sludge Bomb
- Giga Drain
- Synthesis
- Leech Seed

Togekiss for M-Scizor:
Togekiss @ Sky Plate
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Air Slash
- Thunder Wave
- Dazzling Gleam
- Roost

Greninja for Kledeo
Greninja @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Naive Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Ice Beam
- Dark Pulse
- Extrasensory

Hope this helps :-) let me know if you want to brawl a little!

hmm.. I can't say I fully agree with the above suggestions.

I find that SR + Spin Excadrill is a terribly mediocre pokemon that has no ability to pressure defensive pokemon or offensive pokemon. SD Excadrill though not amazing is surprisingly good. OP's description of it is elegant. SD lets you lay the hurt down on Hippowdon forcing it to try and save its own life by KOing you rather than just spamming slack off all day and getting those Rocks up consistently. Mold Breaker + SD is also quite useful at getting past unaware users, and, amazingly also pressure Skarmory to at least whirlwind you out rather than wall you all day as +6 IRon Head 2HKOs.

Though, I do agree that Venusaur may be a better choice this team is a bit weak to some fighting types, namely Conkeldurr is a problem for this team.

I think inserting a fairy, perhaps Azumarill or Clefable could benefit this team a lot, not precisely sure where.

Here are some set changes I would make

Danielle (Scizor) (F) @ Scizorite
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP / 224 Atk / 28 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Roost
- Bullet Punch
- Knock Off

the spread ive chosen here is very generic, you can choose to run more defenses if you please. The speed gets past min speed Heatran. I think youll find this set somewhat more effecitve as it capitalizes on Scizor's amazing defenses letting you set up against weaker defensive pokemon like Gliscor, or Chansey with no fear as you are immune to toxic and you can roost off damage. Speed isnt that necessary as Bullet Punch will be moving first more often than not, though a faster Knock Off / Roost can be used the defensive investment you should find makes scizor very, very resilient.

Richard (Terrakion) @ Choice Band
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Jolly Nature
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Quick Attack
- Earthquake

EArthquake is important to hit Aegislash who otherwise has little trouble against you. Sacred Sword is neat ill admit, to be honest you can run this if you please just dont drop Earthquake, though Quick Attack can have its uses so ill suggest it here. Yo ucan pick off some weakened offensive threats the to the team like Greninja for example.

Melvin (Thundurus) (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Prankster
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Nasty Plot
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Psychic

I suggest Psychic in the last slot to get past mega Venusaur. Your team is a bit weak to Venu, and it walls Thundurus without Psychic. Grass Knot doesnt help beat that many threats imo, Hippowdon can be pressured really hard with HP ice.

Hey! Dropping in a few thoughts also. Whenever you use Ferrothorn, make sure you are not using Gyro Ball and Thunder Wave on the same set. Thunder Wave lowers the foe's Speed, and that directly weakens Gyro Ball. Either switch Thunder Wave to Protect for better Leech Seed stall, or switch Gyro Ball for Power Whip, as an attacking move with a better synergy. I'm a bit skeptical about Substitute on Keldeo, as I don't think Water + Fighting is a good enough coverage. I would maybe use Icy Wind as an extra coverage move against dragons rather than Substitute. Also, Keldeo is so fast that there's very little status that can harm you anyway. I agree with Terrakion's moveset changes with Ash, but I find it awkward that you have 2 Pokemon (Keldeo and Terrakion) in the exact same Speed tier. Even though it gives you good offensive coverage, and base Speed of 108 is pretty impressive, there's still plenty of offensive threats that are faster and will cause trouble for your team. I would maybe try Choice Scarf in place of Choice Band on Terrakion, as it works as a great sweeper, and hits still hard enough to get past every relevant, faster offensive threat once weakened. I'm giving you a possibility for a CS set below. Good luck teambuilding!
move 1: Close Combat
move 2: Stone Edge
move 3: Earthquake
move 4: Rock Slide
item: Choice Scarf
evs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
nature: Jolly

Yo your team is really great. But dont run sub on mega-scizor, Run roost instead. Also run twave on thudurus, its just so much better. You could run focus blast over hp ice too if steels are a problem but the rest of it looks fine imo.

Also you have posted 3 rmt's in like less than a week.

joule/second

Not gonna lie this team needs some work, Solid outline but there are some necessary changes. I don't want to change team members but it may be necessary.

Ferrothorn doesn't have many problems but a couple of things clash. Instead of a Relaxed Nature make it Impish, it may seem stupid but you never know when you are gonna paralyze a Slowking and outspeeding it is important. Next switch out Gyro Ball for Power Whip, Gyro Ball is a solid move but it clashes with Thunder Wave. Power Whip is a solid STAB move.

Next up this team gets wrecked by Mega Charizard Y. Only two resists to Fire and they aren't the bulkiest things.

On Excadrill I recommend Rock Slide over Iron Head because of your HUGE fire weakness.

Drop Substitute on Scizor for Roost, it will help your longevity. Also replace Knock Off with Bug Bite it will hit very hard after Technician Boost and STAB

Keldeo and Terrakion are good pokemon, but its not worth running Sub CM. Run Specs with Hydro Pump, Surf, Secret Sword, and Hidden Power Flying.

Terrrakion needs to be replaced because of your Mega Charizard Y weakness, Replace it with a Scarfed Garchomp. The scarf is because you need a scarfer on this relatively slow team, Run Dragon Claw, Stone Edge, Earthquake, and Iron Head.

Thundurus is a great pokemon but you need to take advantage of Prankster, Drop Grass Knot for Thunder Wave its a great support move because of the relative slowness of your team. You can keep Nasty Plot but I prefer Focus Blast for coverage.

Other than that not a bad team. It looks pretty solid overall just watch out for Fire Types and definitely consider some of my suggestions!
Well good luck :D

You said you are weak to Fighting and Ghost Types . You need a Tank that can protect you from fighting attacks and from ghost type , replace mega scizor with him:

Venusaur-Mega @ Venusaurite
Ability: Thick Fat
Bold or Calm Nature
252 Def (4 if Calm Nature) , 252 HP , 4 SpD (252 if Calm)
- Leech Seed or Sleep Powder
- Giga Drain
- Sludge Bomb
- Synthesis

For a good Stealth Rock user (With Thunder Wave) you can replace Ferrothorn with an Eviolite Chansey , but i think it's better Heatran , however , he cannot learn Thunder Wave.

Heatran @ Leftovers or Air Balloon
Ability: Flash Fire
Calm or Bold Nature
Evs: 252 HP , 116 Def , 140 SpD
- Stealth Rock
- Roar
- Protect or Toxic
- Lava Plume

I also found an Hyper special-offensive Pokèmon better than your type of Thundurus , so replace Thundurus with him:

Landorus @ Choice Specs
Ability: Sheer Force
Modest or Timid Nature
252 SpA , 252 Spe , 4 HP
- Earth Power
- Focus Blast
- Sludge Wave
- Psychic or Hidden Power Ice

With Sheer Force you can have your attacks powered to 1.3x , Choice Specs add also other 1.5x to your SpA .
Terrakion and Keldeo Together are useless , you need a pokèmon that can be good with Keldeo , i think you should replace Terrakion with him:

Bisharp @ Leftovers or Life Orb
Ability: Defiant
Nature: Adamant
Evs: 252 Atk , 252 Spe , 4 HP
- Sucker Punch
- Knock Off
- Iron Head
- Swords Dance

If you run Thundurus , please replace Grass Knot with Focus Blast , because it has more coverage.
If you don't like Focus Blast , then replace it with Thunder Wave.
