Go to their profile page and send a message to their wall. Say the important information like your timezone and schedule for them.
You should wait. The deadline is the 30th day, so there is plenty of time so dont call activity yet. If they dont answer in a couple of days, bump the message by commenting on it again and if they still wont answer, call activity on them in this thread, remember to tag the person also so they might still notice.
