Hidden Power [Fire]
Although I rarely actually lead with Latias (usually it's a Scizor/U-Turn), with great bulk, Latias makes for a great choice for a special sweeper. It's got a great movepool and decent stats to do alot of damage, however the main reason Latias was brought into this team was to take care of Rotom-W's Volt Switch, which previously left my team in all sorts of trouble. More often then not, Ferrothorns and Forretress' don't expect the Fire Hidden Power, which also gives me the upper hand on those who are trying to set up against her.
Scizor.
Choice Band | Technician | Adamant
248 HP 252 Atk 8 Spd
U-turn
Bullet Punch
Superpower
Pursuit
Scizor is arguably the heart of this team; providing me with a huge offensive threat usually in the form of a revenge killer. I usually like to lead the game with a U-Turn to start the ball rolling immediately. It's varied moveset makes it the perfect Pokemon for a number of situations, namely Tyranitars setting up, or most dragons that wont be able to handle two Bullet Punches (namely Hydreigon and Dragonite). Scizor similarly acts well in the lead position when the opponent predicts Latias to start my team, most cases of which a Pursuit or U-Turn will inflict some pretty hefty damage from the get-go (i.e. Abomasnow or Gliscor).
Ferrothorn.
Leftovers | Iron Barbs | Impish
252 HP 48 Def 208 SDef
Leech Seed
Power Whip
Spikes
Gyro Ball
I used to use Ferrothorn purely to set up Spikes and nothing else, but through the inclusion of Power Whip and Gyro Ball, this pokemon is given a fair bit of potential to do damage if need be. Gyro Ball comes in hand for those like Hydreigon, usually taking them out in 1 or 2 hits, while Forretress' impressive Special Defence usually means it will survive one Flamethrower. Gyro Ball also works well for those Espeons who will switch in predicting Spikes to be layed down. Leech Seed is always handy, and has one matches for me in the past.
Espeon.

Psychic
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power [Fighting]
Espeon is easily my favourite Pokemon in the metagame. It's ridiculous ability, paired with really impressive stats both offensively and defensively leaves me wondering why on earth it isn't bumped up to Uber. Espeon is perfect in so many situations its unbelievable. I used to run Stored Power on this set, however it was nowhere near as effective as Psychich and Shadow Ball. Out of all the uses Espeon has, my personal favourite is switching in on those Brelooms who send out a Spore, not only sleeping themselves, but allowing me to set up a Calm Mind (even though it is never needed on Breloom.) Beyond the obvious use of switching in against those laying down hazards, Espeon also comes in great against Pokemon like Terrakion Conkeldurr, with Espeon's defences allow it to usually take a hit against the later if need be. Espeon's Hidden Power also comes in handy against those like Tyranitar who are predicting a switch out and use Pursuit.
Heatran.
Leftovers | Flash Fire | Calm
252 HP 4 Def 252 SpD
Lava Plume
Stealth Rock
Roar
Protect
Heatran ensures my team doesn't have as big of a hole for fire, particularly Volcarana, who would have seen too many opportunities to Quiver Dance and sweep. Heatran also allows me to Stealth Rock and scout out potential threats with protect. This ensures Heatran is a safe switch in at many situations, who is also able to get rid of those who see Heatran as an option to set up with Roar. As of late, Heatran has also proved effective for the purpose of forcing Genesect to switch out. I am considering switching either Protect or Roar for Earth Power to provide some better coverage, however I am still undecided.
Jellicent.
Leftovers | Water Absorb | Bold
248 HP 216 Def 44 Spd
Scald
Will-O-Wisp

Taunt
Jellicent's awesome ability and bulkiness makes it an incredibly annoying Pokemon given the right circumstances. Taunt comes in handy for obvious reasons, but beyond that, more often then not, it proves useful when I'm blindly using it (and hoping for the best) on a Pokemon trying to switch in to either lay down hazards, or Toxic Jellicent, like Ferrothorn or Politoed. Even if I'm put in a situation where I'm unable to taunt, great synergy is achieved with Espeon by switching to her and reflecting whatever the opponent lays down. I used to run Toxic on this set, however I was finding in too many situations that Scald wasn't burning when I really needed to. Will-O-Wisp gives me some certainty in times where I can't afford to have a Scald fail. I also thoroughly enjoy switching out against an Ambipom ready to use Fake-Out only for his attack to be made redundant, and in return being burnt. Even better, leading with Forretress against a Medicham, to see their Hi Jump Kick crash and lose 49% HP.
I'm not in dire need for some drastic change for this team, because as the title suggests, this is the only team I have used for over a year. I can never really be bothered making new ones, so I thought I may as well stick with what I know. I'm just here really to get some feedback on what you think of this team, and any possible suggestions on how to improve on it.
The team originally was planned for a 100% stall team, with the objective of setting up as many hazards and status ailments and simply waiting out. (The original RMT) However as I began playing around with it, I gradually gave it a more offensive aspect to it, which I think makes it a pretty balance team on the whole. Anyway, here it is, tell me what you think!

So that's pretty much it. As a whole, I really enjoy using this team, even after an entire year of playing with it. I've worked out pretty much most offensive threats in my head, and can say that there only a few that can really do some damage on team (namely, Volcarana running Ground Hidden Power and Genesect, both of which can sweep my team once Heatran is out of the picture.) Other than that, I'm pretty confident with this team, especially the synergy that is created through some predictions of what the other team is going to use. So yeah, like I said before, I've really only posted this team incase there are better options out there to make this team stronger. Thanks for reading!
