The SAVIORS team!!! (LF suggestions)

Hey guys I just wanted to ask u guys since I'm trying to climb the OU ladder on Showdown to rate my team.
First off I'd like to encourage any advice and I'll consider every last bit of it.
Second, every one dislikes a hater, so if you are one of those people then please refrain from saying anything unless it concerns the better of my team.
Now that that's out of the way let me introduce to you my team!

1. Mawile
This is one of the main sweepers, Mawile is usually used when I'm in a pinch, combined with Huge Power and base 85 attack this mega is sure to pack a punch (sucker punch, punch get it?)

Mawile @ Mawilite
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 4 SDef 252 HP / 252 Attack / 4 Def
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head Fire Fang
- Play Rough
- Sucker Punch

Although it is quite slow, Mawile is very threatening when combined with a swords dance and sucker punch can shatter physical threats like Aegislash and others. Iron head provides coverage against other fairies and the ever annoying Crobat. Play Rough is a no-brainer plus it's got STAB too.

2. Aegislash
Aegislash automatically got a seat in the SAVIORS!!! team because of it's ability stance change and priority Shadow Sneak. It's signature move King's Shield saves him from fire punches and other nasty stuff. But most importantly Sacred Sword is powerful beyond measure and can OHKO Cinccino and Cobalion w/ +2 attack from Swords Dance.

Aegislash @ Life Orb Leftovers
Ability: Stance Change
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 HP / 4 SDef 252 SAtk / 238 HP / 20 Spe
Adamant Modest Nature
- King's Shield
- Shadow Sneak Shadow Ball
- Sacred Sword Substitute
- Swords Dance Toxic

3. Greninja
Ahh, nothing is better than a special sweeper that's based off a frog yet looks awesome!!(Although that tongue kinda freaks me out and reminds me of Mikasa's scarf as well)

Greninja @ Expert Belt
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 SAtk / 4 HP
Timid Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Hydro Pump
- Grass Knot
- Ice Beam

This Greninja was originally going to carry Extrasensory but Dark Pulse won me over because of it's probability to flinch the opponent. Otherwise Ice Beam, Grass Knot and Hydro Pump are all great moves as they basically OHKO everything they hit granted that they're super-effective. Expert Belt and Life Orb were hard to choose from but in the end I chose the Expert belt because it allowed me to attack pokemon that were weak against my movepool with impunity.

4. Deoxys-Speed
Self-explanatory, suicide hazard layer. But I'd like to improve it becuz at times Deoxys may be nothing but a bricklayer and useless.

Deoxys-Speed @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 HP / 4 Atk
Jolly Nature
- Superpower Psycho Boost
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Knock Off Taunt

5. Hawlucha
Look in the sky!! It's a bird, no it's a sandwich.... NO it's Hawlucha the late game sweeper.
Hawlucha @ Power Herb
Ability: Unburden
EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 HP
Adamant Nature
- High Jump Kick
- Sky Attack
- Acrobatics
- Swords Dance

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Brave Bird
- Tailwind
- U-Turn

I cannot tell you how many times I've sweeped with this pokemon and left teams in despair. Hawlucha's base 92 attack is boosted by Swords Dance and allows me to use High Jump Kick, Sky Attack, and Acrobatics effectively. High Jump Kick has 90% accuracy but is amazing when it comes to sweeping, plus STAB. Sky Attack+Power Herb+Unburden=AWESOMENESS!!! No for reals tho Unburden speeds up Hawlucha and Power Herb allows for 140 flying dommage in a single turn, now how about that!

6. Excadrill
Excadrill is kind of awkard with me, yes he's sweeped before and provides amazing coverage with its movepool but the items and EV's kind of confuse me. You see Excadrill can be given lot's of speed and run with attack at the same time but it's defenses are low and are not good for sweeping.

Excadrill @ Salac Berry Lum Berry
Ability: Mold Breaker
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Rapid Spin
- X-Scissor Rock Slide
- Earthquake
- Iron Head

If anything pls help me w/ Excadrill because he has amazing the potential to be my go to pokemon.

Changes made in red.

You need to expand your descriptions and explain each pokes synergy and why you chose each poke.

1. Consider fire fang over iron head for mawile for better coverage. Also your evs are fucked up. I believe you should run a balance of speed and hp evs but im not sure of the numbers off the top of my head

2. Life orb swords dance aegislash is shit. Works on the lower ladder, cant kill anything on upper.
Try either the mix set or the sub toxic set, me recommending the latter (sub toxic kingshield shadowball 252 Spa/240 hp/20 spd

3. Put psycho boost over spikes on deoxys and taunt over either superpower or knock off. I recommend SR Taunt PBoost Knockoff

4. I would recommend switching sky attack for a coverage move and using flying gem on hawlucha. I am not sure what coverage move however, i dont ever use hawlucha.

5. Excadrill rock slide> x-scizzor. So much better. Salac berry sucks on it as well, lum berry can help your team with rotom-w or you could scarf it so when rocks arent up you have a great revenge killer.

Good team on lower ladder but would get destroyed on mid to upper ladder. Good luck

THANK U!!! Every other person that replies is a mod and wants to take this thread down. LMAO thanks tho. One other thing, I'm sure flying gem isn't released for OU yet tho. Mawile's EV's were messed up when I copied and pasted but they should be 252 Attack, 252 Hp and 4 spd

Flying gem can be used on showdown and as a result is likely obtainable ingame.
Just edit the first post!
Your welcome. A lot of people see a team that needs significant work on the sets and are like "oh this guy sucks im not gonna help him" and it really pisses me off.
Good luck

I believe you can get it in the game by importing a Pokemon from Black or White that's holding one, though I'm assuming held items are transferred with the Pokemon (I've never used it myself).

Nice team overall. To confirm, Flying Gem is not released ingame and can not be transfered. Hawlucha set is one I have not seen before and now want to try out. So many Heatrans will die. But I digress. Make sure your thread meets the rules of three lines of explanation, since you may not already know this. Not sure how well Salac Berry Excadrill will work, and I recomend Choice Scarf instead if you want speed. Also, Rock Slide will usually be more helpful than X-Scissor. Knock Off on a suicide lead Deoxys isn't very useful and taunt will be much more helpful against opposing leads. For Greninja, I don't see Grass Knot having much use except against Gastrodon ( when was the last time anyone saw one of those in OU? Oh, I have one on one of my teams. Moving on...) and can be replaced by the superior U-turn, which gives you switch iniative against the opponent and lets Greninja make a speedy escape while dealing damage and breaking sashes. Hope this helps and good luck laddering.

Thanks and I'll make sure to meet the standards next time I post something. Grass knot on Greninja tho has proven pretty helpful taking down ttar and Milotic, also grass knot really helps when I'm trying not to miss the OHKO as Hydro Pump always does to me.

be sure to remember to change your deo-s to hasty and move the 4 atk evs to Spa.

greninja extrasensory>grass knot for venu, which you have trouble with as landorus-I and talonflame are the only popular true counters. Hawlucha handles venu, but if it can't its GG as it can outstall everybody except hawlucha or Deo-S that usually goes down early...also LO > expert belt, this thing has no bulk so the recoil doesnt matter and the power boost is MUCH appreciated to kill as much as possible.

Mega-Venusaur is definitely a threat. My Meag-Venusaur still outstalls Greninjas with Extrasensory, but at least it is better than nothing. Make sure you can it down or it will stall out your entire team. Then take over the world and put an end to Heatran. But, yeah, you need Extrasensory.

Hawlucha is crap, if you want a late game cleaner get a Talonflame who has:
1) BETTER STAB options in Flare Blitz/ Brave Bird.
2) Hits ridiculously hard with a Choice Band.
3) 120 STAB Priority in Brave Bird.
4) Isn't easily walled by shit.

Hawlucha<Talonflame

As far as Excadrill is concerned, I'd throw a Choice Scarf on it and give it an Adamant nature. Lum Berry is not a very good item for Excadrill to hold to be honest. Not many things want to take an EQ from Excadrill.
Also, as stated above, TFlame can run circles around Hawlucha. I'd recommend the CB set, Hawlucha is missing one thing this gen, and that's Flying Gem, until that is released he just won't be very good since it has 2 moves after it uses it's item. Priority Brave Bird is just so hard to pass up.

Also, I will always recommend this when I see someone using mawile. If your "prediction game" is on point, I'd run a SubPunch mMawile, same moveset except take out SD for Substitute, and Fire Fang for Focus Punch. Mawile can tear holes in teams if it's played correctly.

Just an example (turn 17 and on). (I know I made some dumb plays, it was late)

Scarfed spinner will also serve as late game cleaner....as a result you should run band tflame with uturn and tailwind with tailwind as an emergency button to serve as a better psuedo scarf for exca to clean. Therefore if you use talon use air balloon on exca. Idk why i said lum berry earlier although it is useful on exca as most rotom will try to burn it and adamant exca may not ohko physically defensive Rotom-W. Air balloon fits team better with talonflame and can clean teams that talon cant

For the sub punch set for Mawile.... I may not make many good predictions at the time and usually clear up mid to late game. Sometimes I make amazing predictions but usually I fail at making predictions. I will take ur set into consideration Fuggin Moose as soon as my predictions get up.

Yeah Lum Berry saved my ass from Will-O-Wisp. Ill try tflame but w/ what stats?

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 120 HP / 252 Atk / 140 Spd OR 208 Spd / 252 Atk / 52 HP (Adamant Nature)
Jolly Nature
- Flare Blitz
- Brave Bird
- Tailwind / Will-o-Wisp
- U-Turn / Steel wing

I recommend the former on all sets, the first spread allows it to always outspeed timid/hasty/naive thundurus while retaining bulk on everything else. If you don't care about thundurus, you can run the second set for more power. I like tailwind over will-o-wisp as its priority, and when talon can't clean you can use it as an emergency button to give an essential +2 speed to somebody else who can clean. I also like U-turn, which is great for momentum gaining.
If the opponent has heatran it WILL ALWAYS switch in to this thing, seriously every set would switch in to Tflame (part of why heatran is so good this gen)

Just noticed you running spikes on Deo-S, switch that for knock off. Switch nature to hasty as well
