Put in stealth rock on Heatran and put an attack on Skarmory. That way, your Skarmory isn't completely taunt bait.

This was actually one of the things I tested a long time ago. Skarmory is still Taunt bait even with Brave Bird, since it has harsh recoil, and very limited damage dealing capabilities. Deoxys-S, Jellicent, and the other Taunters aren't weak to Brave Bird anyway, so the switch is still forced. My spread on Heatran is also not bulky enough to pull of more than one assisting move, I could change it, but then I would be hopelessly outclassed against other foes that will then hinder his sweeping capabilities.
Thanks for the suggestion though.
