Changing my vote to emboar because incin is not deserving of 2nd lol

Incineroar if only because it's been dominant for about 3 years at this point (it hasn't been budged from S for a reason), and has had a noticeable impact to boot.

Incin wasnt good until the emboar ban, which was feb 2018. Less than 1.5 years of dominance some of which wasnt its peak compared to emboar which was always goatmon
