As Alexander foolishly takes time to make himself levitate again, Zap fires off a MegaPsybeam, officially putting Gelaldy under 50% health! However, Zap didn't have enough energy to survive the combo, and fainted! With only two left, Gelaldy jumped up and used a giant Body Smash on Alexander, KO'ing him instantly!

If earthquake is disabled, on action three use Rock Side, which because of how gigantic Gelady is should only hit him.

Not to sound arrogant, but munchlax will be doing the most damage, so a taunt would be extremely helpful. Good luck to us both!

PS: I looked at your mon again, and I think it will do better roaring and protecting me than doing damage itself (seriously, it has attack rank 2 and only fury swipes as an attack).
 
Unfortunately, I can't use protect on you since this is a standard battle and we're technically not allies, or taunt Gelaldy since he's immune to it. Sadly, I'm afraid offense is my only option here.

A few things:
Does taunt count as a status condition?
Where did the 5.25 come from?
The Focus Energy in the combo should give the attack high crit chances for the three Swipes.
Gelady has a four times weakness to earthquakes, right?
I think you do your calcs differently than I do; but can you clarify whether you calculate misses as 1? I think the normal thing is to have it hit up to 9, and miss at 10.

3. What's with me and misreading combos... I'll redo that tomorrow (can't do it right now)

Hmm...yeah, my own calculations say the earthquake combo should have done around 19 damage instead of 10. Burn penalty comes AFTER the multiplier. Mighty Flayer's damage is about right, though. Speaking of which...

As both of the trainer's Pokemon charge up for an attack, Gelaldy gathers from poison from his stomach and spits it back out at Zzz, actually poisoning him due to the RNG being a troll! Elaine then sprang up and released her Mighty Flayer again, still barely scratching Gelaldy! Zzz then jumped up and down repeatedly, shaking the ground with his sheer weight, causing massive damage for both Gelaldy and Elaine!

As both Pokemon can't attack this turn, and take deep breaths so they can strike again, Gelaldy decides that well, equality is important, and gives Elaine a little Sludge Bomb of her own!

Wanting to defend from any strikes from Gelaldy, both Pokemon act in unison again and set up some barriers! Gelaldy then tightened his focus for a moment, and fired a giant blast at Zzz's barrier, almost KO'ing him from exhaustion!

"You may have your chills, but its not enough to save you Yarnus, and you can't stall forever. Looks like I win~"

I have to hope for hax or for Gelady to not show favorites. But if not, I can feel honored that Gelady focused his attention solely on me.

On a side note, every single battle I've last has been from energy. I wish The Wanderer good luck, but I doubt his puny Scratchet can do anything useful.

As Elaine landed on the ground to regain health and Zzz chilled so it could make an action without fainting, Gelaldy smashes the ground while letting out the same mighty roar, sending out a Tectonic Destruction, dealing massive damage to both Elaine and Zzz!

Everyone chills or cools down. BEST. ACTION. EVER.

As Elaine and Zzz just chill/ recover again, Gelaldy roars and sends off a single Earthquake, nearly KO'ing Zzz and almost negating Elaine's Roost!

Once again Yarnus, it appears its over~

"Well fools, that was actually quite interesting. Congratulations to both of you, you get to leave with all of your body parts still attached to yourself. Although, if you ever come back... Well, let's just say, Gelaldy has an evolved form. It doesn't hold back at all. Now leave, before I change my mind."
