What made you pursue actuarial science as opposed to any other branch of pure or applied math?

What's your favourite non smogon activity / hobby?

What about fandom outside of Pokemon?

That varies quite a bit. I’ve already talked about Clocktower enough so I’ll can it for now. I’m otherwise just hanging out with friends or looking at families around a Christmas table cutting the turkey, rolling d20’s while doing silly voices. I don’t even like turkey.

Also I prefer fansub.

It was easier for me to get into. I know a lot more people who do actuarial sciences than I do any other non-academia maths profession and if I became responsible for shaping the minds of the future, the hands on the doomsday clock would produce perpetual energy.

Gambit Game started releasing a few months ago and I now have an itch. I’m 100% considering another Genius Game.

I’m not usually a great person to go to for game recommendations. I enjoyed Return of the Obra Dinn very much but I think it’s likely you’ve already played it. The game I’ve been begging some of my friends to play is Inscryption, a horror themed (that’s a semantics discussion for later) card game with an enjoyable story told in proper acts and everything. If you have played that, then the Kaycee’s Mod turns it into a 100% rogue like card game like Slay the Spire (a game I’ve been advised not to start due to my addictive personality).
Oh and Emerald Rogue. First enjoyable Pokémon game I’ve played since BW2 (I still haven’t finished Legends Arceus yet, go away).
