If you received a pokemon from me prior to the opening of this thread from simple questions/ requests and have trading rights lower than what is posted here (e.g non-redis rather than semi), please either post or PM me with details of what you have if you would like an upgrade to the listed rights.
What to expect from me:
~ You can expect that all Pokémon offered are not hacks.
~ All Breeding and RNG abuse takes place on retail carts
~ Any and all Pokémon that were bred/captured by me are RNG abused without the assistance of AR in any form, or for XY breds were bred by me.
~ In addition to the quality of my work, I will always do my best to find a trade that works; with the ability to clone my previous generation work I feel there is no reason I should not work to make sure that you get the Pokémon you are after. For Kalos native and bred pokemon that I cannot clone I will do my best to work with what you have.
~ If a link to your thread is visible or given, I will always respond to CMT requests in your thread.
~ Finally I will treat each player with proper courtesy and respect, and expect the same level of professionalism in return.
Cloning Information (Generation IV-V Pokemon):
Pokémon are cloned via save game restoration. Pokemon RNG abused on retail carts are traded to a flash cart, the save file is copied and then Pokémon are traded back to my retail cart from a flash cart. Future copies are created by restoring the save file to the flash cart and trading back to retail. All RNG abuse is done on Retail Cart and all trades are done with retail carts.
Rules and Info:
~ No hacks of any kind.
~ Kalos bred pokemon are usually, but not always bred on request – I do not tend to keep a large stock. If in stock once it runs out it will be changed to “Bred on Request”.
~ I have completed the national dex in Generation VI so most pokemon CAN be bred, those listed here I have already completed and can quickly reproduce, other pokemon not listed can be made as a Breeding Project.
~ As a throwback to the old TCG sets I refer to shiny Pokémon as shining.
~ Be kind, and treat each other with respect.
~ I reserve the right to refuse trades. I will do my best to work with you, but my decisions are ultimately final.
~ Do not hound me with messages about trades, I am a generally busy but will make time to trade, if for some reason I cannot make a prearranged meeting I will alert you and work to renegotiate a different time.
~ When negotiating trade times, please be as specific as possible. The more specific the arrangement is, the easier this will be for both of us.
~ Changes in trade time should be given with as much advance notice as possible (PM or VM).
~ Pokémon (Gen V) of mine with the OT: Henry ID 01555 can be nicknamed if desired.
~ Pokemon (Gen VI) of mine with the OT: Henry ID: 25298 can be nicknamed if desired.
~ EV trained Pokémon listed lower than level 100 may have levels higher than the listed value as I level them up in my spare time these are designated with a + following the level. I will alert you to the proper level before trading, but will try to keep the levels current.
~ If you cannot RNG abuse or breed for stats, don’t hesitate to ask for odd jobs in return for credits to my shop, often times I may not have time to chain breed for egg move parents (stats irrelevant), EV training Pokémon, or Battle Maison items just be sure to indicate what games you have and what you are willing to breed, level, ev train etc.
Redistribution
~Pokemon Bred by me listed as "semi redis" can only be traded by those who receive a copy from me providing you cite it as such (see below).
~Pokemon listed as 'non redis' are not to be traded except by me
~Any exceptions to the listed rights you may have received will be posted on your thread and documented in the completed/pending trades section.
~ Because most of my pokemon have some sort Redistribution Rights, please denote it as mine by calling it TheMourningKing's ______ or something to that effect along with OT/ID (you can even link it back here if you wish.)
~ All my Pokémon to which you have redistribution rights must remain on smogon.
~I will be hesitant to trade anything that isn't mine, even if I have redistribution rights to it. When I post my received pokemon for record keeping purposes please refrain from asking for them, even if they are fully redistributable as you can easily get them elsewhere.
