This is JazzyJef 's excellent Jolly Groudon. It does what you want: hits things faster than the usual Groudon, while still using that sweet attack stat unlike Timid. Hone Claws is only here because GTS isn't cool with Percipice Blades. Make sure you Heart Scale that back in at Fallabor Town!

So you said better, but after looking at yours I wasn't sure how that was possible. I think it was missing a whole whopping 2 IV points for hp. Is this one a perfect 6?
Is there anyway to improve it? Or do you want a different one on your page? I've yet to catch my second one, yet. So I can strive for whatever ;)

Edit: I liked yours better, will you still take requests for that one? I think you had 31 for your attack IV and since its timid is stealing from attack, I'd prefer the 31 that (I think) yours had. Get a bigger steal and I'm not worried about having a higher attack stat left over since I'm not using attack to begin with. I only see a point in the low stat in the theft column if it's for speed (to keep it low).

Oh btw I made a really silly mistake: That Raichu has an 18 in SpA, not Attack. The attack stat is perfect!
