Thievul is a threatening sweeper thanks to its access to Nasty Plot and Unburden, allowing it to outrun almost the entire metagame once Grassy Seed activates. Psychic provides good coverage alongside Dark Pulse, hitting Dark-resistant Pokemon like Toxicroak and Sawk super effectively. Grass Knot gets boosted by Grassy Terrain, hitting certain targets harder and notably OHKOing Wishiwashi and Silvally-Water under Grassy Terrain, both of which will live a hit otherwise. It also OHKOes Silvally-Dark at +2 if Grassy Terrain is active. 116 Speed EVs are needed to outrun Choice Scarf Gourgeist-S after Unburden activates. Grassy Seed is necessary, as it both activates Unburden once consumed and gives Thievul a Defense boost under Grassy Terrain, making it somewhat easier for Thievul to set up Nasty Plot.

This set requires Grassy Terrain support, so Thwackey is a mandatory teammate. In addition to setting the terrain, it can utilize Terrain Extender to give Thievul more leeway and can pivot it in via U-turn. Spikes support from Froslass helps Thievul break through Silvally-Dark and Skuntank, and it can utilize Trick to cripple walls and give Thievul a setup opportunity. An answer to Dark-types, like the aforementioned Silvally-Dark and Skuntank, is appreciated. Toxicroak and Sawk both threaten the aforementioned Dark-types with their Fighting-type STAB moves. An answer to Fairy-types is good to have as well, with options such as Togedemaru and Skuntank working here. Silvally-Dragon and Sawk can also use their coverage moves to force damage onto the Fairy-types as they switch in, thus giving Thievul an easier time of breaking through them.

Grass Knot, while providing little in the way of coverage, gets boosted by Grassy Terrain, therefore hitting certain targets harder than Dark Pulse or Psychic. For example, Grass Knot OHKOs Wishiwashi and Silvally-Water under Grassy Terrain, both of which will live a hit otherwise.
This is more words than necessary to say Grass Knot synergizes well with terrain support and OHKOes certain foes like Wishiwashi and Silvally-Water.

This set requires Grassy Terrain support, so Thwackey is a mandatory teammate. Support sets utilizing Terrain Extender, in particular, are good partners, as they can keep the Terrain going for longer, therefore giving Thievul more wiggle room in its attempts to sweep. Such sets also run U-turn, which is good for getting Thievul in safely.
This is also too many words to say that Thwackey is mandatory for providing Grassy Terrain, can run Terrain Extender to give Thievul more leeway, and has U-turn to bring it in safely.

You should also mention teammates that can fuck on Fairy-types, especially Clefairy.

Burning Jealousy is used to hit Pokemon such as Abomasnow, Galarian Stunfisk, and Shiinotic, and it does punish Pokemon that are looking to potentially boost in front of Thievul, although that is a rather situational benefit.
Ferroseed or Eldegoss > Abomasnow. The mention about Burning Jealously's secondary effect isn't necessary.

U-turn is used to pivot out of potentially poor matchups and give Thievul's teammates free entry.
You already mention this earlier.

Late game cleaners, such as Toxicroak, Swords Dance Decidueye, and Silvally-Dragon pair well with Choice Specs Thievul, as it can use its power as a wallbreaker to make it easier for them to clean up in the late game.
Swords Dance Decidueye is generally pretty terrible, maybe mention some Choice Scarf user instead.

A strong defensive backbone, especially on the physical side, is therefore appreciated. Options such as Cofagrigus, Sandaconda, Clefairy, and Galarian Stunfisk can all work in this regard.
I don't think specifying physical walls is necessary.

QC 1/2 when done.

Nasty Plot Thievul is a threatening sweeper thanks to its access to Nasty Plot and Unburden making it extremely fast after its Terrain Seed activates. I'd say letting it outrun almost the entire tier rather than extremely fast. Psychic provides good coverage alongside Dark Pulse, hitting Dark-resists like Toxicroak and Sawk super effectively. Grass Knot gets boosted by Grassy Terrain, therefore hitting certain targets harder and notably OHKOs Wishiwashi and Silvally-Water under Grassy Terrain, both of which will live a hit otherwise. Mention that it can OHKO silvally dark if both terrain and NP are up. 116 Speed EVs is needed to outrun Choice Scarf Gourgeist-S after Unburden activates. Grassy Seed is necessary, as it both activates Unburden once consumed and gives Thievul a Defense Boost, making it somewhat easier for Thievul to set up Nasty Plot.

This set requires Grassy Terrain support, so Thwackey is a mandatory teammate. Support sets utilizing Terrain Extender are good partners, as they can keep the Terrain going for longer. Such sets also run U-turn, which is good for getting Thievul in safely. This section is a bit long; just go through "Thwackey sets grassy terrain activating unburden, terrain extender means that you have more leeway, u-turn gets you in easily" rephrased for clarity ofc. Thievul is a big fan of Spikes support, as several of its best defensive answers, such as Silvally-Dark and Skuntank, will get worn down quickly by them. Offensively oriented Spikes setters fit best with Thievul, with Froslass being a notable example that can potentially set Spikes while keeping the pressure on and using Trick to give Thievul potential opportunities to set up.Again, this probably only needs one sentence; "Spikes support from Froslass and X helps Thievul to break through Silvally-Dark and Skuntank, with Froslass also using Trick to potentially give it setup" An answer to Dark-types, like the aforementioned Silvally-Dark and Skuntank, is appreciated. Toxicroak and Sawk both threaten the aforementioned Dark-types with their Fighting-type STAB. An answer to Fairy-types is good to have as well, with options such as Silvally-Steel and Skuntank working here. I want a mon here that forces damage onto Clef/Alcremie, eg Silvally-Dragon or work this into the sawk mention.

Choice Specs Thievul's access to Stakeout makes it a very difficult wallbreaker to switch into. What's more, a decent Speed tier means that Thievul is quite good at forcing said switch ins, and its access to U-turn allows it to pivot around potentially poor matchups. Psychic is used to hit Pokemon such as Toxicroak and Sawk that might look to take a Dark Pulse. Burning Jealousy is used to hit Pokemon such as Ferroseed, Galarian Stunfisk, and Shiinotic. Grass Knot is a viable alternative that applies more pressure onto certain threats, such as Sandaconda, Wishiwashi, and Silvally-Water.

Choice Specs Thievul should see significant play in the early game in order to punch holes in the opponents team. When using Thievul, you must keep in mind that it is not very powerful without Stakeout being activated. Bring Thievul in on Pokemon that it forces out, such as Cofagrigus, Golurk, and Decidueye in order to unlock its full potential as a wallbreaker. Late game cleaners, such as Toxicroak, Choice Scarf Togedemaru, and Silvally-Dragon pair well with Choice Specs Thievul, as it can use its power as a wallbreaker to make it easier for them to clean up in the late game. Thievul needing Stakeout to achieve full power means that it is even more susceptible to being forced out than most Choice-item users. A strong defensive backbone is therefore appreciated. Options such as Cofagrigus, Sandaconda, Clefairy, and Galarian Stunfisk can all work in this regard.

I've removed Specs because its well, too niche on a mon that's pretty niche itself; it would be a perfect other options set, but those aren't happening now.
